Introducing the Observer from COLIMBO.

This is a model of the early type of winter deck work jacket produced for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps towards the end of WWII.

There's a history where a large quantity of quickly mass-produced surplus jackets were distributed as surplus in the post-war U.S., becoming popular among young people who were passionate about motorsports, and spreading into civilian use.

 

The outer fabric is made of 100% cotton original grosgrain fabric.

 

 

 

The lining features light brown alpaca pile.

The soft alpaca fabric combines ease of wear with excellent warmth.

The front features a combination of buttons and a zipper, with nut buttons and a TALON zipper.

The waist also has an adjustable drawstring on the inside.

A U.S.NAVY. reflective print is applied to the back.

 

 

～Custom Motif: USCG Supply～
This reproduces the stencil of the supply management unit actually used by the USCG supply troops.
The rough stencil finish gives a sense of practical marking for material sorting and re-supply.

N-1 is synonymous with American casual style.

If you want to make a difference with such an item, it's definitely the custom design.
