Today, we'd like to introduce COLIMBO's TYPE G-1 JACKET – the Cloverfield Aviator’s JKT Type M-422A.

 

 

COLIMBO Cloverfield Aviator’s JKT Type M-422A E.T.C【ZA-0120】

 

The G-1 flight jacket is a leather jacket made from goatskin with a mouton boa collar for cold protection, adopted by the U.S. Navy Air Corps starting in the 1930s.

It boasts excellent cold protection and functionality, capable of handling sub-zero temperatures.

 

COLIMBO's TYPE G-1 JACKET is based on the Navy's unique code "SPEC: M422a" model, and manufactured based on the design of E.T.C. company.

The leather fabric is vegetable-tanned goatskin, dyed with aniline dye and finished with lacquer, reproducing the texture of colors from that era. You'll also find it softer to wear than tannin-tanned horsehide.

 

This item also faithfully reproduces the mouton detail on the G-1 jacket's collar, providing thorough protection against the cold for your neck.

 

The ribbed cuffs ensure the sleeves stay securely in place when worn.

 

The lining is made of heavy cotton-rayon satin, which feels smoother against the skin than wool when worn.

 

The fit is slightly relaxed, so it's no exaggeration to call it a comfortable item.

It pairs perfectly with denim pants, so please try combining it with various outfits.
