JELADO Hubbell Vest【CB02540】

 

 

 

The HUBBELL VEST, tailored using fabric that recreates a 1940s CHIMAYO COAT, has arrived.

 

Production is carried out consistently in the Bishu mountain region.

The fabric is a blend of 79% wool, 12% cotton, and 9% nylon.

It is woven with 30/2 (two 30-count cotton yarns twisted together) cotton yarn running vertically,

and 2/7 (two 7-count yarns twisted together) yarn made of 90% wool and 10% nylon

that has been roughly spun and woven horizontally.

 

 

 

The fabric finishing process also emphasizes a vintage atmosphere,

employing a tweed-like finish that avoids kneading and fulling.

It is washed more than usual and given a vintage finish, as if the oil has been removed over many years.

 

 

 

 

 

As a result, you can enjoy a vintage feel as if it has already been worn in, right from the moment it becomes a product.
