Today, we'd like to introduce the 55 Denim, the widest jeans among our standard items using the Last Resort fabric, which has been re-stocked after a long time!
JELADO 55Denim 313XX Denim Pants【JP94313】
For the fabric, we use LAST RESORT white tag denim, developed by deconstructing 501XX from the 50s and analyzing the yarn.
Given the historical context, this fabric is perfect for the 55 Denim.
We focused on American cotton, carefully selecting the raw cotton, and scientifically reproduced the yarn thickness, fiber length, twist count, and weave density.
The color is a slightly strong blue, typical of 1950s denim.
Unlike slim-fit jeans, fine wrinkles are less likely to form, but you can expect a wilder aging process like this. You can enjoy strong fading with a contrast between blue and white. (This is after 1.5 years of wear)
Strong wrinkles are etched in.
The silhouette, as shown, is a very wide straight cut with a very deep rise, falling straight from the thigh to the hem.
The stitching is in two colors, orange and yellow, and the tab is a double-sided tab.
The belt loops feature an offset specification, characteristic of 501s from around 1955.
The buttons are made of iron, just like vintage ones,
and the rivets are made of copper, also like vintage ones.

It goes without saying that this pairs perfectly as a set-up with the second type of denim jacket, also named 55 Denim and using the same white tag fabric, which is currently available for pre-order.

Due to fabric consumption, the 55 Denim Jacket in sizes XL and above will feature side panels.
Although the jacket is not yet available in stores, the pants are currently available in sizes 28-34 and up to 40. (The 55 Denim pants are made 1-2 inches larger than usual)

A piece that pursues the realism of vintage,
The cinch back, which is often cut in real vintage pieces,
is reproduced in this model.
The back features a split-back (T-Back) specification,
which is now a popular detail.
While LEVI'S 506XX has been increasing in price year by year,
the split-back model, adopted for sizes 46 and above,
has seen an even steeper price increase,
reaching prices in the millions at vintage clothing stores.

The 407EXX Vintage Finish,

At both JELADO stores, we used to offer hemming services for "denim from other brands" if you brought them into the store,
but as hemming requests for items purchased in-store or online have increased,
we are currently unable to offer "hemming for brought-in items from other brands". We apologize for any inconvenience.
・Hemming services for "JELADO products purchased from our dealers" will incur a fee.
