~41Khaki Stencil~

Good evening. This is Uemura from WEST.

Today, I'd like to introduce a 41Khaki item that's been popular in stores,

but not the plain type, rather the stencil type.

41 Khaki Lastresort Chino Cloth【AG94341A】

We cut open vintage 41Khaki pants,

analyzed the number and direction of twists, yarn thickness, and slub shape,

and produced the yarn ourselves.

Using American deep south cotton,

we've recreated a natural slub yarn.

Unlike the previous 41Khaki, which was reactive dyed,

this 41Khaki is vat dyed.

To reproduce the fabric texture of that era,

we produced the fabric on a shuttle loom.

The 41Khaki, made with US cotton, shuttle loom, and vat dye,

is finished to preserve the atmosphere and fabric feel of the time.

From raw cotton, yarn, weaving, to dyeing,

these are the ultimate chino pants with meticulous attention to every detail...

That is JELADO's

Last Resort Chino Cloth "41Khaki".

Repeated wear and washing

will reveal the same aging effects as the original.

Some sizes are out of stock,

but if you're interested,

please try them on at the store.
