〜41Khaki Olive Aging〜

Good evening. This is Uemura from WEST.

This time, I would like to introduce the aging process

of this product.

41 Khaki Lastresort Chino Cloth【AG94341A】

We took a vintage 41 Khaki, cut it,

and analyzed the number and direction of twists,

the thickness of the threads, and even the unevenness of the threads,

then produced our own yarn.

Using American Deep South cotton,

we have reproduced a natural slub yarn.

While the previous 41 Khaki was

dyed with reactive dyes,

this 41 Khaki is

dyed with vat dyes.

To reproduce the fabric texture of that time,

the fabric was produced on a shuttle loom.

The 41 Khaki, made with American cotton, shuttle loom,

and vat dyes, is finished

to preserve the atmosphere and fabric texture of that era.

From raw cotton, yarn, weaving, to dyeing,

this is JELADO's ultimate chino pants, made with meticulous attention to detail...

That is JELADO's

Last Resort Chino Cloth "41Khaki".

With repeated wear and washing,

the aging unique to that era will appear as a unique texture.
