After such an amazing experience, I moved to Okayama on Sunday night!
This time, for the first time in a while, I'm having a new chapter written for the Manufacturing page of the JELADO WEB page, and this is for that interview.
To create new denim from the current Last Resort, we started moving immediately after its release, and it took about two years to produce new denim. But now, a completely different texture and color expression will be created.
We will re-approach a significantly changed process within that and publish an article.
For denim, the overall impression and comfort of the fabric, as well as how it fades, changes significantly depending on the texture of the yarn, the thickness of the yarn, and the strength of the unevenness.
And similarly, with dyeing, how it fades changes, and above all, its appearance changes. Speaking of appearance, the expression of the denim itself changes significantly depending on the loom it's woven on.
How we approach these parts and what standard of finish we aim for can change things quite a bit with even a small difference in choice.

Above all, my own 47s have a great atmosphere and the perfect size, so this new pattern has a completely different silhouette from the 301 we're currently offering!
