41 Khaki Lastresort Chino Cloth【AG94341A】

Similar to Last Resort denim, we disassembled vintage M41 Khaki and analyzed the fabric. Based on the knowledge gained, we thoroughly reproduced the yarn thickness, unevenness shape, twist count, and twist direction.

For the raw cotton, we used JELADO's signature American Deep South cotton, achieving a natural slub yarn.

We are also very particular about the dyeing method. While previous 41 Khakis used reactive dyes developed in the 1950s, this Last Resort 41 Khaki is dyed with vat dyes, just like vintage ones.

The advantage of using vat dyes is that they fade as you wear and wash them, changing their appearance to that of a vintage item.

As you can see, the silhouette is wide and straight, just like vintage items. The wide hem also makes it a great match for boots.

Following vintage designs, the pockets feature extremely narrow double-piped seams, which are very difficult to sew.

The belt loops are also reproduced with the same offset as vintage items.

In addition, as a standard item, we also offer a custom version with a "PW" stencil.

This is a powerful item with a "PW" (initials for Prisoner of War) stencil, which was used on clothing worn by prisoners of war during World War II.

"PW" was a stencil applied to clothing worn by prisoners of war during World War II, and these items are extremely rare and highly popular in the used clothing market.

Since each item is stenciled by hand, there are slight individual differences, just like real vintage items.

 

Just as the 41 Khaki body fades, the "PW" stencil also wears off with repeated washing. This model offers a truly enjoyable aging process.
