〜407EXX × Moleskin Wide Pants & 今週の新着動画は『黒タグデニムの経年変化とは?』〜【WEST】

〜407EXX × Moleskin Wide Pants & This week's new video is "What is the aging of black tag denim?"〜【WEST】

~407EXX x Moleskin Wide Pants~

Good evening. This is Uemura from WEST.
Today, I will introduce a coordination
using this product.

Moleskin Wide Pants【TM03331】

The 2Monkeys, recently arrived.

Moleskin Wide Pants【TM03331】

The key feature of these pants is their "width,"
and if I, Uemura, were to coordinate them,
I would go for a mixed style.

This is because they have a vintage atmosphere,
and they pair exceptionally well
with American casual items.

This time, I used JELADO's classic "black tag"
Age of Longing 407EXX.

JELADO Age of Longing Black Tag 407EXX Size34(XS)~38(M) Denim JKT【JP94407E】

JELADO Age of Longing Black Tag 407EXX Size40(L)~44(XXL) Denim JKT【JP94407ED】

JELADO Age of Longing Black Tag 407EXX Denim JKT Big Size(50)【JP94407EDD】

The 407EXX I'm wearing is size XL.

Considering that the split back (T-BACK),
a detail that is currently highly valued in vintage,
starts from size L, and that I'll be wearing a sweatshirt underneath,
I'm wearing an XL.
I've been wearing it for about a year.

And I paired it with the star of this blog,
the Moleskin Wide Pants.

The product dyeing and the moleskin
create a French vintage feel, so when these two are combined,
they have an excellent synergy, making it a recommended style.

And "denim jacket" with wide pants
is, I think, a classic style.

Please come to the store to try them on
and purchase them.

~Information about pre-order items~

I would like to introduce the following items that are now available for pre-order.

【Pre-order item, expected arrival in June】JELADO Rebel Jacket Horse Hide Semi Aniline Finish Black【SG71428】

The Rebel Jacket

is a long-standing staple rider's jacket

from JELADO.

To make it a simple rider's jacket,

the epaulets have been removed.

Furthermore, instead of quilting,

cupra is used to make it easy to put on and take off,

making it a highly wearable piece.

With 1.6mm thick leather and a semi-aniline finish, it offers

a softness not found in 100% pigmented leather, and as it is "tea-core leather,"

you can enjoy its aging as you wear it repeatedly.

There is one more item available for pre-order.

This is also a very popular product,

which sold out quickly during its previous release,

with sizes disappearing in no time.

【Pre-order item, expected arrival in June】JELADO CM47 HBT Baker Pants【CT03347】

These are baker pants made from "herringbone twill" fabric,

which was adopted in 1947.

※ What is herringbone?

"Herringbone" =

"herring" (fish) and "bone"

It is named after the pattern that resembles the bones

visible when a herring fish is filleted.

Baker pants were worn in battle,

but they were also worn during indoor work.

It is also said that the name "baker pants" comes from

the fact that bakers wore them.

Since they are made of herringbone twill fabric,

they are thick and durable.

Also, since they are 100% cotton, you can enjoy their aging

as you wear them repeatedly.

And this item has been available for pre-order for a while,

and was a popular item at the 2025SS preview.

【Pre-order item, expected arrival early March】Monkey Trousers【CT11344】

USMC M44 Monkey Pants refer to

pants issued to the Marine Corps, and are

a popular item in the vintage industry

under the nickname "Monkey Pants."

The origin of its name is as follows...

Large, horizontal cargo pockets with flaps.

These large pockets were designed to hold

a poncho, and the flaps were added

to prevent the contents from falling out.

These pockets are said to resemble a monkey's buttocks,

hence the name "Monkey Pants."

The production period for the M44 was

actually very short, only "1 year and 3 months,"

from July 1944 to around October 1945.

Additionally, because they were issued to the

"elite" U.S. Marine Corps,

the overall production volume was small, so they are traded

at very high prices in the vintage market.

The periods when the U.S. Marine Corps

actually wore them include...

・Battle of Iwo Jima (February 19 - March 26, 1945)

・Around the Battle of Okinawa (March 26 - September 7, 1945).

And after World War II,

・Korean War (June 25, 1950 - July 27, 1953)

It seems they were worn extensively during these periods.

JELADO's Monkey Pants use herringbone as the material.

Furthermore, they are dyed with vat dyes.

And the buttons are donut buttons,

adding to the vintage feel.

By wearing them diligently, you can enjoy

their aging over time.

Half-length native patterned coats or

Leather jackets... and even

Coveralls go very well with them,

I also recommend pairing them with a chambray shirt.

Please pre-order at the store or online.

Thank you.

Popular items are now available for pre-order.

We look forward to your reservations.

Thank you.
