Introducing the new 24/7 Sports Jacket.
JELADO has released a 1930's style sports jacket for the first time.
We named it with the idea that we want you to wear it out tirelessly, like a convenience store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The design is based on interesting details from vintage garments of minor brands.
It uses approximately 1.6mm thick horsehide, which has been combination (chrome x tannin) tanned.
After chrome tanning, the solvents are washed away and it is re-tanned with tannin to bring out the best qualities of tannin, creating a leather with appropriate heft and a greater vintage feel when worn in.
After dyeing the base a light brown, a black color was applied using hill-dyeing at a long-established finishing factory in Tokyo.
This time, to achieve a stronger black, we used a semi-aniline finish, mixing pigments and dyes half and half.
After dyeing, it is air-tumbled to bring out the texture of the leather.
The dye, which colors the base, and the pigment, which forms a thin coating on top, match well, resulting in excellent aging as it is worn.
It has the softness of leather that 100% pigment doesn't offer, and because the coating is thin, the base color quickly shows through as it's worn.
To make it easy to wear, the lining is not quilted but made of black cupro material, making it a leather jacket that can be worn all year round.
Features of the 1930s specification include buttons on the cuffs and an eyelet-end zipper.

Made based on trousers worn by Royal Navy (RN) aircraft carrier and submarine crews.
Among them, this type has diagonally positioned side pockets (slant pockets).
Both the details and color give these cargo pants a different kind of elegance compared to other cargo pants.
The flap pockets feature parachute buttons, which is also a distinctive detail.
The waist size can be adjusted with elastic adjusters on both sides of the waist.

Ellis (AG01101ID) from JELADO BASIC COLLECTION has been released.
The BASIC COLLECTION is a collection that, while adhering to the core JELADO concept of "good old things with toppings," incorporates new embellishments, designs, and sizing arrangements from vintage items. It also updates previously released JELADO items by selecting fabrics and auxiliary materials suitable for the current season, and repeatedly making subtle adjustments.
This "Ellis" shirt is inspired by the shirts worn by European immigrants when they came to America in the 19th century. It is based on antique, stand-collar workwear.
It uses a 100% cotton dobby weave fabric, with 40/- warp yarn, 20/2X dobby parts, and 30/- weft yarn.
The fabric is woven using a two-beam dobby loom located in Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The fabric is soft and comfortable to the touch, making it a pleasant wear.
The placket has a wide, rounded shape, similar to work shirts. The stitching is finely done with 50-count thread, which is another key detail that matches the old specifications.
While it's a work shirt, it's also a "dress work" item that can be used for neat styles, making it a versatile piece of clothing.

Although it's dress work, it's a shirt that pairs well with military pants.

Having a collarless shirt will expand your coordination options and allow you to enjoy wearing it.

I'm sure it will also go great with denim.

We have produced a work cap for the first time in approximately 15 years.
This design is based on a 1940s House Mark work cap, made with blue tag LAST RESORT DENIM.
It uses a denim version with raw weft yarn.
Gray thread is used for stitching, which prevents the cap from appearing too bright and gives it a classic finish.
Also, the way the name tag is sewn is just like vintage items, creating a good kind of casual atmosphere.
It is woven with three types of warp yarns to allow for irregular vertical fading, and as it is worn, you can enjoy the unevenness of the threads and a nice fade.
This work cap cherishes the atmosphere of workwear, pursuing details and textures similar to vintage items.
