and the 301EXX has also arrived,

so you can now coordinate a full set.

 

Using highly uneven and neppy fabric,

the Black Tag series, which features intense vertical fading,

is a denim focused on 1947.

 

Actually, 1947 is an indispensable year

in the history of LEVI'S.

 

Let me briefly explain.

It was 1941. Material controls were

issued during World War II. As a result,

LEVI'S and other brands were forced to change

their details.

 

And the war ended in 1945.

 

This happened over a period of four years,

from 1941 to 1945.

Due to material controls, the details changed

from the original form.

 

When the war ended, these controls were lifted,

and things began to return to their original form.

 

Jelado's 301EXX

focuses on LEVI'S 501XX, so I will explain while

referencing the 501XX.

 

At the LEVI'S factory,

there was leftover fabric and auxiliary materials

that were used for the so-called "wartime models."

Furthermore, they were probably planning to announce

"new denim fabric" at a good time.

 

However, there was a big problem here:

they had to choose between "discarding" or "using up"

the fabric used for wartime denim, and they chose to

"use it up."

 

As a result, a masterpiece was born

before the new denim fabric was introduced.

That was the 1946 model.

 

As you all know, denim prices are soaring today,

and among them, there is a model with a short production period

for the 501XX, which is the 1946 model, commonly known as the "46 model."

Then, after using up the denim fabric

used during the war, they announced new denim.

That is the 1947 model.

 

The 1947 501XX had all its details

returned to their original state (some details were eliminated).

 

Therefore, many denim brands

are said to have produced 5-pocket denim

based on these pants,

and it is highly regarded as "the greatest masterpiece in LEVI'S 501XX history."

This corresponds to JELADO's

Last Resort 301XX (white tag).

 

Actually, the 1947 model is divided

into early and late versions.

 

The white tag 301XX is the late model,

and the 301EXX that has been restocked is the early model.

 

The 301EXX features dark denim, like wartime denim,

and a silhouette that is not as wide as the 301XX.
