JELADO Winchester 【RG94411G】

 

 

 

 

The Winchester leather jacket has finally arrived, available in three colors: Black, and the difficult-to-find Navy and Green.

When it comes to JELADO leather jackets, many people probably think of the classic 24/7, Rebel, and 44 Leather series made from horsehide.

However, the Winchester is a series that JELADO had been producing even before those.

While this has been an item JELADO has produced for a long time,

we have recreated the Winchester, a model from EAST WEST, a legendary leather brand established in 1967.

 

This time, we selected an interesting leather found in 1970s vintage items to produce this jacket.

We used a very thick and distinctive large-panel goatskin from Pakistan, tanned with vegetable tannins,

and then brought it to Japan to be drum-dyed while shrinking it,

resulting in an extra-thick leather of about 2mm.

 

 

The surface finish uses minimal dye,

allowing the natural texture of the leather and its aging process to be enjoyed.

By shrinking the large goatskin,

it develops a unique wild grain,

and the characteristic plumpness of goat leather creates an even more distinctive texture.

 

 

 

 

 

Despite its distinctive design, with unique collar and front pocket attachments,

it features a stylish silhouette with an alluring waist taper,

and even uses purple stitching, making it a standout leather jacket.

 

Furthermore, we have recreated a "stash pocket" on the back of the collar,

which is said to have been used to conceal marijuana at the time.

 

 

As it is made quite tight,

pairing it with just a T-shirt will bring out its full character.

JELADO's Vintage Finish series has

often sells out quickly.

As you can see from the images,

the flap on the front pocket,

the back yoke, and other areas

show prominent puckering,

and the fading characteristic of black tags is also visible.

 

Furthermore, the 407EXX Vintage Finish

replicates the common practice of cutting off the cinch-back,

making this piece incredibly realistic.

 

Available in sizes L, XL, XXL, and 50,

all sizes feature a split-back specification.
