Good evening, this is Uemura from WEST.

Today, I'd like to introduce a leather item.

 

At JELADO WEST, the demand for leather

has been very high in September and October,

and the stock is gradually decreasing.

 

 

Among these, the one I personally wear and recommend is

this jacket, based on a 1930s Sports Jacket:

The reason for the naming is that

we want you to wear it out completely,

like a "convenience store" that is open 24/7.

That's why we gave it this name.

 

By repeatedly wearing it,

the leather becomes quite soft,

and naturally,

you can enjoy the aging process of the leather.

 

It uses JELADO's original horsehide

called 'Gaucho'.

 

Approximately 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick,

it uses European horsehide (horse butt leather)

that is full vegetable tanned.

 

By lightly sanding the grain,

it achieves a supple texture, and since oil

has penetrated to the core of the leather,

you can truly enjoy the changes in its appearance

as you wear it.

 

A characteristic of full vegetable tanned leather

is that with use,

the oil emerges, increasing its luster.

The leather also expands, adding volume.

 

Since the lining is made of cupra,

it's smooth and easy to put on and take off.

Isn't that a great feature?

 

Whether with denim, chinos, or military pants,

I believe it pairs perfectly

with any type of pants.

 

At the WEST store,

we have only one left (size L),

but it is a very comfortable

leather jacket to wear.
