The 2 Monkeys Chino Cloth Voyager Pants 【TM01342】

These pants are based on those worn by cavalry soldiers during the American Civil War,

and are made with JELADO's original fabric,

"Last Resort Chino Cloth."

Although the thigh width is wide,

they are tapered towards the hem, giving them an excellent silhouette.

They are dyed with vat dye, so you can enjoy their aging process as they are washed.

【Pre-order item, arriving June】JELADO Rebel Jacket Horse Hide Semi Aniline Finish Black【SG71428】

The Rebel Jacket is a long-standing staple in JELADO's lineup of riders jackets.

To make it a simple rider's jacket,

we eliminated the epaulets.

Furthermore, instead of quilting,

we used cupra to make it easier to put on and take off,

creating a jacket that prioritizes comfort.

Made of 1.6mm thick leather with a semi-aniline finish, it offers a softness not found in 100% pigment-dyed leather. As it is "tea-core leather," you can enjoy its aging process with repeated wear.

【Pre-order item, arriving June】JELADO CM47 HBT Baker Pants【CT03347】

These are baker pants made from "Herringbone Twill" fabric, adopted in 1947.

※ What is herringbone?

"Herringbone" =

"herring (fish)" and "bone"

The pattern is said to resemble the bones of a herring when it is splayed open.

Baker pants were worn in battle,

but also during indoor work.

It is also said that the name "baker pants" comes from the fact that bakers wore them.

Since it is herringbone twill fabric,

it is thick and durable.

Also, since it is 100% cotton, you can enjoy its aging process with repeated wear.

We have also been taking reservations for this item for some time now,

and it was a popular item at the 2025SS preview exhibition.

【Pre-order item, arriving early March】Monkey Trousers【CT11344】

USMC M44 Monkey Pants are pants issued to the Marine Corps,

and are popular items in the vintage industry under the nickname "Monkey Pants."

The origin of the name is as follows...

Large horizontal cargo pockets with flaps.

These large pockets were adopted to hold ponchos,

and the flaps were added to prevent contents from falling out.

These pockets resemble the buttocks of a monkey, which is why they are called "monkey pants."

The production period for the M44 was actually very short, only "1 year and 3 months,"

from July 1944 to around October 1945.

Also, since they were issued to the "elite few" of the U.S. Marine Corps,

the overall production volume was small, making them quite expensive in the vintage market.

The period during which the U.S. Marine Corps actually wore them was...

・Battle of Iwo Jima (Feb. 19 - Mar. 26, 1945)

・Around the Battle of Okinawa (Mar. 26 - Sep. 7, 1945).

They were also widely worn after World War II

・Korean War (June 25, 1950 - July 27, 1953).

It seems they were worn a lot during those times.

Jelado's Monkey Pants use herringbone as the material.

Furthermore, they are dyed with vat dye.

The buttons are donut buttons,

which also creates a vintage feel.

By wearing them consistently, you can enjoy their aging process.
