2024AW Collection Preview

This collared, side-adjustable sukajan jacket of the sports jacket type is not only rare but also completely military, making it highly valuable.

The 24AW sukajan, similar to the 2023AW, will be released using the same production methods as back then, so I believe it is a special item that allows you to wear vintage from that era in this day and age.

 

And this is what is known as a button stadium jacket, with a melton wool body and leather panels, perfectly evoking American vintage style. We are also planning to release a custom version, so stay tuned.

 

 

Next up is a rare sports jacket type wool jacket from the 30s, featuring a fan-shaped eyelet zipper and leather elbow patches.

 

There are many other items that you will love, so not only regular customers but also first-time visitors will surely enjoy the selection. Please come and try them on at the store.

There are an overwhelmingly small number of these, yet they are a popular product.

We have wearing samples at both stores, but even we staff members "can't buy them without a reservation," so customers who are considering it should hurry.

 

The 41Khaki stencil, which ages through repeated wear and washing, changes dramatically in appearance as the initially dark stencil fades with washing.

The old 41Khaki was discontinued with its final delivery in May 2023.

 

To release new chinos to replace it, we cut up a high-priced vintage 41Khaki, analyzed it, and produced the fabric from scratch.

 

Using American deep-south cotton, we have reproduced natural slub yarns.

 

While the previous 41Khaki was dyed with reactive dyes, this new 41Khaki is dyed with vat dyes.

 

41Khaki is made with American cotton, shuttle looms, and sulphur dyes,

finished to preserve the authentic feel and texture of the era.

 

The ultimate chino pants, meticulously crafted in every aspect,

from raw cotton and yarn to weaving and dyeing...

"Last Resort" means

a hidden trump card or a last resort.

If the white tag is the first line of attack,

the "blue tag" series is the fourth, following the black tag and brown tag.

 

The white and black tags focus on LEVI'S,

the brown tag focuses on 41Khaki...

So what about the blue tag?

 

The blue tag is a collection centered around workwear,

and when it comes to representative workwear,

"Lee" is definitely indispensable.

 

LAST RESORT "Blue Tag" focuses on

lightweight denim workwear.

 

Since it's 10.5 oz denim,

unlike the white and black tags, the lighter weight blue tag

will undoubtedly show a different kind of aging.

 

In that sense,

this is a very exciting series.

100% cotton twisted yarn twill fabric.

The warp uses twisted yarn dyed with sulfur, and the weft uses

black yarn also dyed with sulfur, resulting in a thick and firm fabric.

 

Since it's 100% cotton, it will age beautifully

as you wear it, so we hope you enjoy the changing appearance.

 

Since this is produced only once a year, there may be customers who have been

waiting for it!

Age of Longing 407EXX, which sold out instantly

when a small amount of free stock arrived in December.

 

You all know LAST RESORT "Black Tag,"

but it is the second installment of the Last Resort series,

following the original "White Tag" that was released earlier.

 

Compared to the white tag, the black tag has a stronger blackish hue,

rather than bluish.

 

JELADO categorizes it into early and late 1947 models,

with the white tag, a strongly bluish denim fabric,

positioned as the late 1947 model.

The 501XX of this era is referred to as:

 

"The greatest masterpiece in 501XX history."

 

If you want to know why it's called that, please come to JELADO WEST (lol).

 

The white tag is a denim fabric that focuses on

XX fabric from the 1950s.

 

So what about the strongly blackish "black tag"?

 

World War II ended in 1945,

and during the war, each Levi's factory was producing

the "War Model" that everyone loves.

 

After the war ended, material controls were lifted,

but it took a considerable amount of time

for the details to return to their original form.

 

The reason is that a large amount of denim fabric and auxiliary materials

used in the War Model remained.

 

LEVI'S denim fabrics include No. 1 denim to No. 3 denim.

(I only know up to No. 3, but if No. 4 or other exists, please tell me.)

This refers to the quality of the denim fabric.

 

No. 2 is a cheaper version of No. 1 denim,

and No. 3 is a cheaper version of No. 2 denim.

It is categorized this way, but the denim fabric used in the War Model

was likely No. 2 or No. 3 denim?

 

After this denim fabric was used up,

it transitioned to what JELADO calls the "white tag."

The period of transition from the end of the war until the denim fabric changed

is what the black tag denim represents.

 

It is 15 oz, and uses highly irregular yarn,

so as it ages through repeated wear,

it develops vertical fading like falling rain.

 

The real pleasure of denim is, after all,

"fading."

Fading is indispensable for "wearing" denim,

and it varies completely from person to person.

This pleasure is, I believe, the greatest charm of denim.

 

This time, production has increased by 400 pieces,

and for customers who couldn't buy it during the last arrival in December,

or for those considering purchasing it now,

I believe this is an opportunity to get your hands on it.
