As you wear and wash it repeatedly,

the 41Khaki stencil will age. While the stencil is dark when purchased,

it will fade with washing,

and the appearance will change dramatically.

The old 41 Khaki was discontinued

after its final shipment in May 2023.

 

To release new chinos to replace them,

we cut up expensive vintage 41 Khakis,

analyzed them, and produced the fabric from scratch.

 

Using American deep south cotton,

we've recreated natural uneven yarn.

 

While the previous 41 Khaki was dyed with reactive dyes,

this 41 Khaki is dyed with vat dyes.

 

Using American cotton, shuttle loom, and vat dyes,

this 41 Khaki is finished so as not to lose the original atmosphere and texture.

 

Raw cotton, yarn, weaving, dyeing—

the ultimate chino pants, meticulously crafted in every aspect…

"Last Resort" means

a family heirloom or trump card. If the white tag is the first wave,

the blue tag series is the fourth wave, following the black tag and brown tag.

 

While the white and black tags focused on LEVI'S,

the brown tag focused on 41 Khaki…

So what about the blue tag?

 

The blue tag is a collection centered on workwear,

and when it comes to representative workwear,

"Lee" is indispensable.

 

LAST RESORT "Blue Tag" focuses

on light ounce denim workwear.

 

Since it's 10.5 oz denim,

unlike the white and black tags, the lighter ounce blue tag

will definitely show a different kind of aging.

 

In that sense,

it's a very exciting series.

This shares the same base as the

"LASTRESORT 41Khaki" which is currently available for pre-order, but the fabric is different.

 

It's a 100% cotton twisted yarn twill fabric.

The warp uses sulfur-dyed twisted yarn, and the weft uses

similarly sulfur-dyed black yarn, resulting in a thick and firm fabric.

 

Since it's 100% cotton, it will age nicely

as you wear it, so we hope you enjoy

watching its expression change.

 

Since this is produced only once a year, we believe many customers

have been eagerly awaiting it.

Age of Longing 407EXX, which had a small amount of free stock

arrive in December, but sold out in an instant.

 

LAST RESORT "Black Tag" is likely familiar to everyone,

it's the second installment of the Last Resort series,

following the original "White Tag" which was released earlier.

 

Compared to the white tag, the black tag denim has a stronger black hue rather than blue.

 

JELADO categorizes it into early and late 1947 models,

and the white tag is positioned as a late 1947 model with a strong blue denim fabric,

and the 501XX of this era is called:

 

"The pinnacle of 501XX history."

 

Why is it called that? If you want to know the reason,

please visit JELADO WEST (lol).

 

The white tag focuses on

50s XX denim fabric.

 

So what about the strong black "black tag"?

 

World War II ended in 1945,

but during the war, all of Levi's factories

were producing the "Wartime Model" that everyone loves.

 

After the war ended, material controls were lifted,

but it took a considerable amount of time

for the details to return to their original form.

 

The reason is that a lot of the denim fabric

and ancillary materials used for the wartime model remained.

 

LEVI'S denim fabrics also had No.1 denim to No.3 denim

(I only know up to No.3, but if there's a No.4 or something, please let me know).

This refers to the quality of the denim fabric.

 

No.2 is a cheaper version of No.1 denim,

and No.3 is a cheaper version of No.2 denim.

It's categorized that way, but perhaps the denim fabric used for the wartime model

was No.2 or No.3 denim?

 

After this denim fabric was used up,

it transitioned to what JELADO calls the "white tag,"

and the transitional period from the end of the war to the change in denim fabric is

These are black tag denim jeans.

 

They are 15 oz denim,

and use highly uneven yarn,

so as they age with repeated wear,

they will develop a vertical fade that resembles rain.

 

The true essence of denim is, without a doubt,

its "fading."

Fading is essential for "wearing" denim,

and since the fading will be completely unique to each person,

I believe this essence is the greatest appeal of denim.

 

This time, we have increased production by 400 pieces,

so for customers who couldn't purchase them during the last arrival in December,

and for those considering purchasing them now,

I believe this is your chance to get them.
