we will close at 5 PM on that day.

Both JELADO stores used to offer hemming services for "denim from other brands"
if brought to the store. However, due to an increase in hemming requests for
items purchased in-store and online,
we are currently unable to accommodate "hemming services for bring-your-own items from other brands." We apologize for any inconvenience.
・Hemming services for 'JELADO products purchased from our authorized dealers' will be subject to a fee.
※ We will continue to offer hemming services for products purchased directly from JELADO.

Shipping and inquiry support holiday period

Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 28th, will be processed sequentially starting from Saturday, January 4th, the first business day.
