This is a very rare item with embroidery on leather.

It is made from suede fabric of thinly skived cowhide.
Also, the hand-embroidered work by artisans is a highlight not to be missed.

This model is currently out of stock and cannot be ordered, making it a rare item.

 

The back also features very voluminous embroidery.

COLIMBO U.S.A.A.F TYPE A-2 Summer Flight Jacket "1942 MODEL ITALY-CAMO LINING" Horsehide Seal Brown【ZT-0139】¥192,500 JPY

This time, it is produced based on a 1942 model.
This model was delivered to the military with only a "manufacturing control number" and no "contractor name."
In other words, it is an A-2 manufactured by an "unnamed manufacturer."

The leather is horsehide, full vegetable tanned and aniline dyed, the highest quality leather.
Since the base brown is a lighter shade of brown, you can enjoy the change in color and aging even among brown leathers.

It uses fabric printed with an Italian camouflage pattern.
The fabric is inspired by Italian military tent patterns, and the lining is thick and stiff.
The zipper is a deadstock "TALON" zipper.
The ribs are red ribs knitted with a mix of 100% virgin wool red yarn.

It's an unusual A-2.

Based on a late 1941 delivery model, it uses vegetable-tanned, aniline-finished horsehide.

Horsehide is definitely going up in price...

The characteristic high collar and collar tip stitching of Rough Wear Clothing Co. are also reproduced.
The size tag on the side of the left pocket flap is also reproduced.
Similar to vintage items, the property name is attached below the main name.
It is an A-2 that is more carefully reproduced than ever before.

The ribs are mixed rib specifications.
The lining is 100% cotton.
The zipper is a Rainbow Country original "CAL-MFG" auto-lock zipper created from a mold.
It is an original zipper made by pressing, just like vintage ones.
It is produced with a size that pursues visible coolness, with slim arms, body width, and waist, making for a neat silhouette that can be worn cleanly.
This A-2 is highly recommended for those who like the aging of leather, including changes in the luster and grain of the leather due to wear, and for those who like to break in leather.
