New Tee from ALEVOL

Today, I'd like to introduce this item that just arrived from ALEVOL.

Here's what I'll be introducing.

 

ALLEVOL/アレヴォル All Tee【AE-01-202】

 

A thick crew neck tee

with a college-style print.

 

 

 

 

The body is inspired by

sportswear from the 50s and 60s.

 

It features a tubular knit body with top-and-bottom stitching on the sleeves and hem.

 

 

 

(Top-and-bottom stitching)

Unlike twin-needle flat stitching, where two threads run parallel

along the hem and sleeves,

top-and-bottom stitching is a subtle stitch that only shows small dots on the surface.

It also offers different strength.

 

And the neck part has a binder neck.

 

 

 

 

(Binder Neck)

While many binder necks feature twin-needle stitching,

this tee uses triple stitching.

Triple stitching increases durability,

making the neck less likely to stretch out.

 

Moreover, this isn't just regular triple stitching;

it's a sewing method called "Ippon-otoshi" (one-drop stitch),

where two stitches are on the neck and one on the body.

 

(40s Champion "Dekaran" tag early model)

 

This is an old sewing specification also seen in 40s Champion Tees.

 

 

The color is eggplant navy,

so I paired it with JELADO's popular model,

the 41 Khaki (old model)/discontinued.

 

Eggplant navy and what's commonly called beige

are a perfect color combination.

 

I personally recommend pairing it with a denim jacket

in early autumn for a try-on.

 

And because it has an exceptional feel on the skin

and solid stitching that ensures it can be used for a long time,

it is an item we encourage you to try on at the store.
