Type models exist for Lot No.s such as 501, 502, and 505.
There are four types: S, A, I, and F, indicated by the alphabet above the Lot No.
The common understanding of type models among vintage enthusiasts is:
・S & A types: Superior product quality (S > A)
・I type: Irregular
・F type: B-grade item
I believe.
Many vintage enthusiasts have probably seen S or A types,
but few have likely seen I or F types.
※I have seen an F type of 502, but have not seen other F types, and
I type was not confirmed for Lot No.s 501, 502, or 505.
When applying I and F types to the common understanding, the number of circulating items is overwhelmingly small.
Even if items that do not meet product standards are somehow leaked,
it is natural that their number is overwhelmingly smaller than S and A types.
It is also true that there are collectors who collect I and F types.
However, completing the collection is difficult (lol).
This means that there are very few of them.
Now, I will talk about ※② "V-stitching".

This V-shape seen on 1960s 501BIG E models is called "V-stitching."
This V-stitch detail existed even before the S501XX (1944) wartime model during material controls,
but it is not seen in the 1937 model (commonly known as San-nana),
so it is a detail that emerged sometime between the 1937 model and the 1944 S501XX.
It is found up to the early BIG E models, but the later BIG E models change to parallel stitching,
so it is a detail that disappears in the late 1960s.
The V-stitching applied next to the top button
is a sewing specification unique to vintage items
seen until the late 1960s,
when sewing machines did not have backstitching functions.
That is the explanation of V-stitching.
This detail is also seen in JELADO's 301XX and 301EXX,
JELADO is a brand that produces based on vintage items

To analyze the XX fabric of the 1950s,
we cut into deadstock denim from that era,
scientifically analyzed it, and created our original fabric, LAST RESORT denim,
from scratch, which is as close as possible to the XX fabric.
