We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers who have placed reservations.

We are very sorry.

While we currently list them as scheduled for December online,

it is frankly difficult for them to arrive within the year, and they will likely arrive in January.

Not only JELADO but the entire apparel industry is experiencing delivery delays,

and we do not have an exact date here either.

We sincerely apologize to customers who are eagerly awaiting their products.

Once the products arrive,

we will contact customers who have placed reservations in order,

so please wait a little longer.

Thank you for your understanding.

This is a video featuring Representative Goto and all JELADO WEST and Ebisu staff members,

showcasing the aging process and coordination of the Black Tag 301EXX.

As each staff member has different wearing habits and washing frequencies,

we hope you'll pay attention to those details as you watch.

Please do take a look.

This is a video by Sales Manager Mori,

explaining the white tag and comparing its fading.

We hope this video will serve as a reference for

the unique fading of the 14oz white tag.

Since sizes, wearing frequency, and washing cycles differ for each, we also recommend watching this video.

Thank you.
