This A-1940 is based on the A-2 made by Rough Wear, a contractor in the 2s, but has a more stylish design.
This time, the car is based on the model delivered in 1941 and uses horsehide with a vegetable tanned aniline finish.
The material is 1.2mm to 1.3mm thick horsehide.
In order to reproduce the brown color that was present on the actual item at the time, a yellow dye is applied to the base and then brown is applied on top to create the same brown color as the vintage item.
The leather has the unique firmness and flexibility that is characteristic of Rainbow Country leather, as well as a moderate luster.
As you wear it, not only will wrinkles appear around the arms, but fine grain will also appear, allowing you to enjoy both the change in color and the change in the surface of the leather.

It also reproduces Ruffwear Clothing's characteristic high collar and stitching at the collar tip.

The ribs are mixed ribs.
The lining is made of 100% cotton fabric.
The zipper is Rainbow Country's original "CAL-MFG" auto-lock zipper, made from a mold.
This is an original zipper made by pressing, with the same construction as the vintage ones.
It has been made with a size that is clearly visually cool, with narrow arms, width and waist, creating a sleek silhouette that is easy to wear.
