The 2 Monkeys Waist Harness【TM73638】¥ 16,500 JPY

This is an extremely simple belt that fastens with two stud pins (giboshi).
25mm width. Size can be adjusted in 7 steps.
Perfect as a replacement for the waist tie on The 2 Monkeys' previous season's "Belle Epoque" easy pants, and for this season's "Courrier des Bois" voyager pants.
Because the construction is simple, we were particular about the leather material and chose it from Lo Stivale, a tannery in Tuscany, Italy, that specializes in 'Vacchetta' leather (a traditional method with a 1000-year history, where the leather is soaked in oil all the way to the core).
The raw hide comes from adult European cattle.
The oil that is put into the leather is made by the tanner himself using fish oil as a base.
This is a truly artisanal tannery that has not changed the type or origin of the fish oil it uses for nearly 70 years.
The leather is unique to European leather, which has a long tradition.
It is tightly woven, has a solid feel and a perfect shine. It is extremely durable and will age beautifully.
