Hello. This is Goto writing for the first time in a while.
This year has been a tough time for manufacturing...
Summer items are finally available in stores.
Our own products and selections are now at their best.
We are very sorry that this is later than usual, but unfortunately the weather is still fluctuating between hot and cold, so we hope that you will choose something that suits you, whether it is short-sleeved or long-sleeved.
Well, our denim has been featured on many YouTube videos recently, and now it is now available for sale!

Please have a look.
Today we're talking about fabrics other than denim.
For the past two years, I have been working on a project that I have been wanting to do for a long time, but because of the Last Resort Black Tag, I have been working on it in parallel, but it has not been going as well as I had hoped.

Black Chambray senior.
Those of you who have been into vintage clothing for nearly 30 years will understand, but for those who lived through the vintage boom of the 90s, black chambray was probably a highly coveted item!
Over the past decade or so, with the work boom and the recognition of pre-war clothing, I think various brands have started selling black chambray shirts, but I have recently felt that there is a problem with the twisted heathered fabric used to make the shirts, as they all tend to look similar.
I guess I just have to make the dough...

There's a hole here lol
Just like denim.
By dismantling the fabric, we can learn things like the twist, thickness, and quality of the thread, which can only be seen by dismantling it.
The heathered warp threads have been made to reduce color flicker by varying the thickness of the threads.
The weft is ecru
Chambray is defined as a plain weave with a colored warp thread and an off-white weft thread.
This time, the warp thread is heathered and the weft thread is unbleached chambray.
Black chambray has a charcoal heathered warp thread and an off-white weft thread.
And because it was dyed using sulfur, the used vintage black chambray that remains today has a faded ash gray color.

This street.
I want to express these faded things.
Sulfur dyes will of course fade, but because they are so fast, the color I want will not come out as expected in just two or three years.
That's a good thing because the quality is good, but it doesn't express the vintage feel that I have in mind.
If that's the case, let's create the missing color in the first place.
That is the project this time.
The faded look is expressed through sulfurization.
This allows for even more fading, resulting in an expressive chambray.
The chambray I made with that hope is finally here!

Left Vintage
Right: This fabric
The grain and unevenness are perfect!
However, the color is quite reddish compared to the vintage version.
Although they are different in terms of reproducibility
But this is also really good!
This new color was born by chance and was not produced by any deliberate effort.
We have created something that has never been seen before!
I don't know what to say about the color names.
Charcoal brown???
It's hard to say whether it's appropriate to describe the color as a reddish gray or brown, but it's a nice color that you won't find in your closet!
From here we create the coolest shirts with the finest tailoring!
Please look forward to it!
