This is my first Wrangler.

I thought about what to do,

I feel like this is the place to start!

So here it is…

So what about the Wrangler?

 

Wrangler denim back pockets

In the front pocket of a denim shirt

It has a W stitch.

This stitch is called Silent W.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Levi's arcuate stitching

That's true, but this Silent W

It actually helps to determine the age.

 

The Wrangler was launched in 1947

Blue Bell's denim line

It becomes a created brand.

 

The earliest Wranglers

In the back pocket of denim

A stitch similar to an arcuate stitch

In 1948, the Silent W was used.

 

 

 

Take another look at the image above...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I think anyone who can tell the difference between these two Silent Ws is an expert.

 

 

First, the Silent W above can be seen from 48 to the 50s.

And the bottom one is often seen in the 60s.

I don't even know the exact year.

 

 

The W in the Silent W above is quite tall, so it may be a good choice for collectors.

It is called Oyama.

The Silent W below is called Koyama (small mountain) because it is small.

 

 

This time it was a Wrangler, but as for the stitching

LEVI'S and Lee are also useful details for identifying the era.
