・What are the shapes of 301XX and 313XX?

Simply put, they are straight pants,

301XX → Regular; 313XX → Wide.

Comparing the waist laid flat.

Both are compared at W30,

but there is such a difference in size when the product number changes.

4.5 cm is roughly equivalent to 2 inches.

Therefore, if you usually wear 301XX (W30),

you can wear 313XX in W28.
