[It's February!! It's outerwear!!] Introducing outerwear that is low in stock!!

Good evening.

This is Komori from JELADO Ebisu store.

Thank you for visiting us today.

Well, it's still cold today, so I'd like to introduce some outerwear.

JELADO Ventura [SG83405] Price: ¥77,000 (tax included)

Flake Vanilla

Flake Navy

VENTURA has been released with a new color scheme.
The name is taken from a street in Southern California, the mecca of car clubs.
The value of vintage Pharaoh jackets (known as car club coats in the US; they became popular in the US in the 50s as cold weather clothing for custom car races and as workwear, and are characterised by their long length) has skyrocketed, and nowadays it is almost impossible to find one with a kemp body and jacquard rib. JELADO has reproduced the fabric and design of one from his collection, and has made it practical to use for a long time by using quilting on the inside to increase heat retention.
Using mainly thick wool, such as that used for carpets, we aimed for a hard touch with an impact rarely seen today. By strongly suppressing the felting and using a strong melton finish, we were able to express the feel of a vintage thick but oil-free fabric. The rayon used for the kempi thread was sourced from France, and an accent was added as the color kempi. We have reproduced a navy-based kempi melton, which is rare even among vintage items. The kempi part is made of rayon. We sampled PENNEYS Pharaoh from the 50s and tailored it in the same way as it was made back then. Only the front body has a round yoke

I also wear VENTURA, and it's quite warm by itself.

The pockets are made from alpaca wool so they are very warm.

It is less bulky than a down jacket, but it can be worn smartly and keeps you warm, so I recommend it.

My favorite feature is the foldover ribbing on the sleeves.

I love wearing it with a sweatshirt underneath.

This winterI spent my time in VENTURA.

The Ebisu store offers two colors: vanilla and navy.

We have limited stock in both colors, so this is definitely an outerwear piece that you should try out.

We are developing the same material that was popular last time with a different color scheme. We used double-woven melton from Oshu, 90% wool and 10% nylon, double-woven with broken twill to make the weave less visible and give it a luxurious, vintage feel. It is a time-consuming material that goes through multiple processing steps, such as shrinking after weaving, brushing on both sides, and pressing the fabric with a roller to give it a firm feel (clear finish). The sleeves are made of cowhide leather that is soft and moist and has a textured feel. As with last year, the range of movement has been expanded so that it does not feel stressful when worn, but it has been made into an outerwear with a silhouette suitable for adults. By using beige melton and brown leather, we have made it into a simple varsity jacket that adults can wear. The leather sleeves are made of 1.8 mm cowhide leather, but the soft finish makes it comfortable to wear.

Arm

The leather part is made of cowhide, which gives it a unique texture.

I think you'll enjoy the changes that occur over time as you wear it.

The ribs are also very firm.

JELADO Smoky Joe Full Custom Camel [AB83409C]

価格¥146,300(税込)

This year, we asked a handler to apply patches and embroidery using a 114s hand-operated sewing machine, SINGER103K50, built in England. The patches are time-consuming, as they are made by hand using chenille embroidery and chain embroidery. This time, we reproduced the team embroidery of the skating rink in the 40s. The same design as the embroidery is made with chenille patches. The luster will settle with use and the atmosphere will change over time. The body is made of the same material that was popular last time, but with a different color scheme. Double-woven melton from Oshu, 90% wool, 10% nylon. It is double-woven and woven with broken twill, so the weave is hard to see, giving it a luxurious and vintage feel. It is a time-consuming material that goes through multiple processing steps, such as felting after weaving, double-sided brushing, and pressing the fabric with a roller to give it a firm feel (clear finish). The sleeves are made of soft, moisturized cowhide leather with a textured look. As with last year, the range of motion has been expanded to make it comfortable to wear, but the silhouette of the outerwear is suitable for adults.

The beige Melton and brown leather make this a simple varsity jacket that adults can wear. The leather sleeves are made of 1.8mm cowhide leather, but the soft finish makes it comfortable to wear.

The patches used are thick patches.

The leather on the arms is thick but soft, making it comfortable to wear right from the start.

The color is brown, which gives it a nice coloring.

This varsity jacket is easy to combine with denim and chinos.

This varsity jacket will still be useful, so don't miss out!

In the 18th century, the northeastern and inland areas of North America were French territory. The French traveled to the unexplored lands to trade fur with the native peoples and hunt beavers. There is no document to prove that they wore leather jackets. However, it is possible that they, who had the deepest contact with the Native Americans, who had the custom of wearing leather jackets since that time, created and wore leather jackets that incorporated the style of French clothing of that time (around 1750). This is a sleeved waistcoat (jacket) designed based on this hypothesis. It is a one-of-a-kind leather jacket that incorporates details that inherit the European style of the time, such as the forward-swept (bent) sleeves, the unique curves of the armholes, the unique back stitching for tightening, and the gusseted hem. Camel is a shrunk horse leather with a rough skin. It is a leather that retains irregular and natural grain and scratches. Oak brown is a smooth horse leather that retains its natural skin. It is finished with a black dye, and you can enjoy the aging process as the deep brown fades to black. Both are tanned with tannins.

Leather jackets designed based on the hypotheses of the times have an original feel to them.

Available in two colors: Oak BrownVAUDEVILLE [TM83933]It is the same color as the.

This is also a leather jacket that can be worn with a Mega Thermal underneath.

We also have limited stock, so please come to our store and try it out.

Thank you for watching to the end.
