Vintage details and a modern feelA piece that blends the earth,It is made using 100% cotton, American cotton blend air-spun yarn, and has a unique knit structure with a 14 count outer thread, a 20 count middle thread (right-leaning), and a 10 count inner thread.

backTo create a sense of volume in the yarn, we modified the knitting machine, developed an original 12G gauge and needles, and used an American-style raising machine to raise the fleece and degrease it.The processing recreates the dry texture that is characteristic of vintage materials.

After degreasing, the stiff fabric is carefully sewn with two needles, achieving high durability while maintaining a vintage feel.
