The weather recently has been unstable, oscillating between cold and warm, but on chilly days, you can really feel the cold.
With that in mind, today we are introducing the Sundowners Jacket AL-1, an item that is more than capable of handling the current cold.
JELADO × COLIMBO Sundowners Jacket AL-1 Plane【CT13412A】
This product is a collaboration item between JELADO and COLIMBO, based on the AL-1 flight jacket developed by BUAERO (U.S. Navy Bureau of Aeronautics) for extreme cold weather (heavy zone) after WW2.
The outer fabric is made of highly durable olive-colored cotton twill with a LASTRESORT brown tag, creating an impressive piece with a sturdy feel and a subdued color tone.
The lining uses alpaca/wool pile, which provides excellent warmth, combined with cotton twill to ensure both heat retention and wind resistance.
It also features ribbed pockets that can be used as hand warmers.
The zippered cuff design on the sleeves is a detail reminiscent of the zippered cuffs on rider's jackets.
By incorporating interlining into the collar, it creates a design reminiscent of a peacoat, while also providing the functionality to keep wind from reaching the neck.
In addition to the plain model, this time custom specifications are also available.It features stencil prints on the front left chest and back.
