It's been about three years since the release of the new standard 5-pocket denim 301XX from JELADO "STANDARD COLLECTION."

Thank you for your patience; it has been restocked.
We used 14oz denim fabric, which was scientifically reproduced by disassembling DEAD STOCK Levi's 501XX fabric from the early 1950s, carefully selecting American cotton, and adjusting the thread thickness, fiber length, and twist count.
The fabric was reproduced based on all analyzed data, including the indigo color and the number of threads per inch, and is named "LAST RESORT." Products using this denim are marked with an original name and "XX" engraved on a leather patch.
This time, we faithfully reproduced the original leather patch pattern, as well as the sewing thread and count of the denim.
The characteristic shape of the back pockets is also reproduced, as is the single-line stitching and the triangular finish.
We even reproduced the different colored stitching on one of the belt loops.
In addition to the sewing parts, all rivets are original, and the front tuck buttons are made of iron.
We believe this pair will allow you to enjoy its aging over time.

It has been 3 years since its release in 2021SS. It is tailored using a firm, strong twisted yarn twill, with sulfur-dyed twisted yarn for the warp and sulfur-dyed black yarn for the weft. This time, after the product was made, it was washed to fade the overall color, reproducing the faded black covert fabric texture as if it had survived until modern times. The size is also similar to 41 khaki, with a deep rise and wide thighs, making it a classic pant.
The basic sewing specifications are the same as 41 khaki, with fine stitching, and the two-sided welt coin pocket and back pocket, which are characteristic details of 41 khaki, are reproduced. Urea buttons are used to express the atmosphere of the time.
Furthermore, a key point is that, just like the vintage items owned by JELADO, the pockets do not use pocketing fabric, only the separate twill fabric remains.
The displacement of the belt loop is also expressed with the craftsman's delicate touch, and efforts have been made to create a vintage atmosphere down to the smallest details.

A different fabric is used for the pocket lining.

 

The 41 khaki, which was an unprecedented hit. Based on this design, we used 10.5oz LAST RESORT DENIM with a blue tag, but with a different material. We analyzed a 1940s LEE coverall, examining the thread thickness, weave density, and slub strength, and then created a fabric that better reproduces the faded vintage feel of items that have survived to the present day by randomly weaving three different thicknesses of warp threads to achieve uneven vertical fading. With a thickness of 10.5oz, it will be comfortable to wear even when it gets cooler.
Unlike the blue tag used in the JEE series, this one is woven with undyed weft threads.
The warp threads are 8, 9, and 10 count Deep South cotton, and the weft is 9 count, just like the JEE series, and the number of threads per inch has not changed. However, due to the different color of the weft threads, the surface appearance may look lighter.
Like the standard 41 khaki, characteristic offset belt loops and vintage-style 2mm double-welt pockets are faithfully reproduced.
The use of a different fabric for the pockets also enhances the atmosphere.
A feature of the 41 DENIM TROUSER is the metal buttons, creating a more luxurious detail.
The silhouette is made to the same dimensions, so it is a recommended pair for those who like the 41 khaki silhouette.
