The "original" Last Resort white tag.

This is JELADO's original denim fabric

with a strong blue tint, focusing on XX fabric from the 50s.

 

Two years after the release of the white tag,

a dark-toned denim focusing on XX fabric from the 40s... this is what arrived today.

 

 

It's the Last Resort "black tag."

Here's a little story...

 

World War II ended in 1945.

Each LEVI'S factory had leftover denim fabric

that had been used for the "war model."

After using this up, LEVI'S released new denim fabric.

 

This new denim fabric is what JELADO calls the "white tag."

 

The Age of Longing 301XX, which is currently on sale in stores,

is based on the late-period 501XX from 1947.

 

It's a denim fabric with slubs and strong unevenness.

 

Rather than asking what the charm of the black tag is,

this applies to all denim, but I think the fading that occurs with repeated wear

is by far the greatest charm.

So, please take a look at this denim.

I personally prefer a wilder whiskers pattern rather than fine ones,

so I'm satisfied with this one.

 

I believe you can tell from this image that there is a vertical fade that looks like rain.

 

The back yoke and back pocket edges have clear puckering.

I always put them in the dryer after washing, so the fabric tightens up, making them stand out clearly.

Even from this image, I think the vertical fading is clearly conveyed.

 

Although the honeycomb pattern is personally not enough for me, it has come out well.

 

I plan to continue wearing them and share the aging process in the future.

The white and black tags focus on LEVI'S,

the brown tag focuses on 41 Khaki...

So what about the blue tag?

 

The blue tag is a collection

centered on workwear, and when it comes to the 대표格 (representative example) of workwear,

"Lee" is indispensable.

 

The LAST RESORT "Blue Tag" series

focuses on lightweight denim workwear.

 

Since it's 10.5oz denim,

unlike the white and black tags, the blue tag with its lower ounce will definitely

show a different kind of aging.

 

In that sense,

this series is very exciting.

The base is from before the 1950s,

In order to reproduce the thick yet soft fabric,

we thoroughly analyzed vintage flannel shirts, and like Lee's workwear,

we sent them to a testing institution

 

・Staple length

・Twist coefficient

・Yarn count

・Number of threads per inch

 

We meticulously analyzed these factors and developed new flannel from scratch.

 

This product

uses sulfide dye.

Although the demand for sulfide dyeing has been low in recent years,

the "aging" that occurs with wear, and the

fluffy "fabric feel" and "skin touch"

that feel like being wrapped in a towel, are exceptionally good and highly recommended.

 

This product receives a lot of inquiries

from customers who are concerned about the size, but we would appreciate it if you could consult us at the store

rather than by phone (as we may not be able to respond depending on the situation, such as during a visit).
