There are two types: crew neck and henley neck.
This year's Mega Thermal colors are Old Navy and Mint.
Every JELADO staff member owns at least one of these.
For those new to Mega Thermal, as you can see in the images, thermal refers to the waffle fabric with its distinctive texture.
It's characterized by its stretchiness and warmth.
While Mega Thermal is stretchy, for sizing, it's recommended to choose one size smaller than your usual.
I usually wear a size M, but I bought a size S in Mega Thermal.
※Since it's a stretchy fabric, if it loosens, it's said that the sizing will feel one size larger than your usual fit.
If it gets loose and you wash it, it will shrink, but the characteristic of this product is that even if the weave loosens, it will return to its original state after washing.
Staff members who own it say that the thermal can be used for a long time, with the neck not stretching out even after about 2 years. It's great that it can be used for so long.
JELADO's Mega Thermal increases its thermal insulation by creating larger irregularities in the waffle fabric, trapping air, and warming that air.
Warmth is important for the upcoming season, isn't it?

Additionally, it adds a brighter touch to autumn and winter coordinates, which tend to be dark. The silhouette is clean, so I think it's good to wear it in your exact size and pair it with a shirt or thermal.
The length of the coverall also works well for a light outer layer.

The theme for our 2024SS COLLECTION is "SPROUT." In line with this theme, we have reproduced wartime overalls using a 10.5 oz light-ounce denim named "LASTRESORT Blue Tag," which we put a lot of effort into developing. This denim was created by deconstructing a 1940s Lee coverall, analyzing the threads, and referencing the fading of existing vintage items to achieve a similar vertical fading. All accessories attached to deadstock House Mark overalls from the wartime period were also reproduced, with meticulous attention to design, including the name tags and flasher tags. What was typically made from paper flasher tags is now made from non-woven fabric, a material that won't tear even when washed, and the union ticket sewn into the pocket is also sewn with a single continuous stitch. Adjusters for shoulder strap length, buttons for securing the shoulder straps, and waist buttons are also faithfully reproduced with laurel iron buttons. The snap buttons for the bib pocket were also specially manufactured from iron for the sole purpose of reproducing this model. The sewing thread is divided into white and black, with the front placket, shoulder straps, and hems sewn in black, giving it a calmer, more mature workwear impression than if it were all sewn in white. The fit is a slightly wider silhouette to allow for comfortable workwear enjoyment. As you wear them, the three different thicknesses of slub yarn will emerge, allowing you to enjoy random vertical fading.

We have released the "491-J" as a truly special item. This item pays homage to my origin, a vintage shop named "SPROUT," which I started 20 years ago. To open this shop, I saved money while traveling to America, gradually collecting items for the opening. Among them, I found a Lee House Mark in my size, which I purchased and used as a base for this collection. We analyzed the fabric and developed a 10.5 oz light-ounce "LASTRESORT DENIM."
This special denim is meticulously crafted in a way not seen in ordinary light-ounce denim, and accessories were planned to match its quality.
All components, including the large swing buttons, small swing buttons for the sleeves, and snap buttons used for the chest pockets, were originally produced.
As with vintage items, by using gray and white sewing threads, we expressed a calmer atmosphere and vintage feel. We also reproduced the shape of the patch pockets on the front, faithfully replicating Lee's unique style of sewing the pocket bottom straight while leaving a slight allowance.
By wearing it, the expression of the slub yarn, woven with three different thicknesses of warp threads, will emerge, allowing you to enjoy random vertical fading like that of a vintage item.
This would be a perfect outer layer for early spring and early autumn.

We developed a 10.5 oz light-ounce denim named LASTRESORT "Blue Tag" and faithfully reproduced 1940s painter pants.
This denim was created by deconstructing a 1940s Lee coverall, analyzing the threads, and studying the characteristics of vintage fading. As a result, we produced denim with similar vertical fading. Using this fabric, we reproduced 1940s House Mark painter pants.
We reproduced the vintage atmosphere by leaving a slight allowance at the center bottom of the pockets, a characteristic of Lee's work pants, and sewing them straight.
The warp threads are woven with slub yarns of three different thicknesses, allowing you to enjoy random vertical fading like that of the period. The weft threads are made of light gray sulfur-dyed cotton, which gives a deeper shade than regular light-ounce denim and allows you to enjoy the difference when it fades. Furthermore, a union ticket is sewn into the right back pocket, showing our attention to detail.
The front button shanks are also dome-shaped, further enhancing the vintage feel. We hope you will experience the highest quality painter pants, from the fabric and accessories to the sewing.
