The 41 COVERT will also be restocked tomorrow.
It is tailored using a firm, twisted twill fabric, woven with sulfur-dyed twisted yarn for the warp and sulfur-dyed black yarn for the weft.
Like the 41 Khaki, it has a deep rise and wide thighs, making it a classic pair of trousers.
The basic sewing specifications are the same as the 41 Khaki, with fine stitching, and it reproduces the 2mm double-welt coin pocket and back pockets, which are characteristic details of the 41 Khaki.
Urea buttons are used to express the atmosphere of the era.
Furthermore, like the vintage pieces owned by JELADO, the pocket bags are made of a different twill fabric instead of plain pocket lining, which is another key feature.
The bar tacks on the belt loops are also intentionally slightly misaligned by the artisan to evoke the subtle nuances of vintage items, showing our dedication to intricate details.
I've been wearing them since last year, and I think they're versatile trousers that can be worn all year round except for summer.
They might have been overlooked in favor of the 41 Khaki, but these are my recommended pair.
You can wear them one size up or true to size.
These trousers are fun even when choosing the size.
Since the stock is limited for each size, it might be difficult to get your hands on them, but they are made once a year, so even if you couldn't purchase them this time, you can look forward to the next opportunity.

Different fabric is used for the pocket bags.
We deconstructed Lee coveralls from the 1940s, analyzing the yarn thickness, density, and slub strength. To reproduce the faded vintage look that survives today, we randomly incorporated three different warp thicknesses, creating an uneven vertical fading effect.
At 10.5 oz, this denim is comfortable to wear even when the weather cools down.
Unlike the blue tag used in the JEE series, the weft yarn here is undyed.
While the warp yarns (numbers 8, 9, 10) and weft yarn (number 9) use Deep South cotton, similar to the JEE series, and the number of threads per inch remains the same, the different color of the weft makes the surface appear lighter.
Similar to the standard 41 Khaki, we have faithfully reproduced characteristic details such as the offset belt loops and the 2mm wide double-welt pockets, just like the vintage originals.
The pocket bags are also made from a different fabric, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
A distinctive feature of the 41 Denim Trouser is the use of metal buttons, adding a more luxurious detail.
The silhouette is also produced with the same dimensions, making them highly recommended for those who appreciate the 41 Khaki's fit.
*The stitch color will be changed to gray to match the collar stitching of the coverall.
The raw cotton used is JELADO's basic American Deep South cotton.
The slub shape is neither too strong nor too weak, reproducing a natural slub yarn.
While previous materials were dyed with reactive dyes, this time we used vat dyes, which were used at the time. Compared to modern reactive dyes, vat dyes were inferior in quality, but for dyes around the 1950s, they were quite excellent in terms of colorfastness, abrasion resistance, and light resistance. Therefore, they were used for materials that required toughness, such as workwear and towels.
To allow for aging similar to that of the time, we used American cotton, a shuttle loom, and vat dyes. Each wash will give the fabric a texture reminiscent of vintage items, so we believe you will enjoy JELADO's new 41 KHAKI.
The ultimate chino cloth, LASTRESORT CHINO CLOTH, is a result of our commitment to raw cotton, yarn, weaving, and dyeing.
We faithfully reproduced distinctive details such as offset belt loops and 2mm wide double-welt pockets, just like vintage items.
While pocket bags usually use lining, similar to the vintage items we sampled, we used a separate chino fabric. The strong puckering at the side seams adds a rugged impression to the extra-wide silhouette when worn.
By matching the stitching to the pitch of the time, we further expressed the classic atmosphere of the 41 Khaki.
The rise is deep and the thighs are wide, creating a silhouette that is true to vintage.

The ability to enjoy its aging is another great feature of this G-jean.

Custom VAUDEVILLE
We use different types of horsehide for the upper. Although both leathers are tanned in the same way, the parts closer to the sole are finished with pigment, while the parts wrapping around the ankle are dyed with dye.
We use two types of leather with different dyeing techniques.
