The new 41 Khaki was released on October 17th at 6 PM.
Today, I'd like to introduce the 41 Khaki.

It comes in two colors, khaki and olive, but the khaki was released first.
As we've announced on YouTube and other platforms, this material was thoroughly crafted by disassembling carefully selected deadstock M41 KHAKI pieces, similar to our Last Resort Denim. We considered the production background and technical capabilities of the time, focusing on thread thickness, irregularity, twist count, and twist direction.
The new 41 Khaki uses American Deep South cotton.
We are very particular about the cotton we use.
The irregular shape of the yarn is neither too strong nor too weak, reproducing a natural unevenness.
While previous materials were dyed with reactive dyes, this time we used vat dyes, which were used at the time.
Compared to modern reactive dyes, vat dyes may have been of lower quality, but for dyes around the 1950s, they had excellent fastness, resistance to friction and sunlight. They were considered quite superior at the time, so they were used for tough materials like workwear and towels.
Just like in those days, we used American cotton, shuttle looms, and vat dyes to create a fabric that evokes vintage qualities with each wash. We hope you enjoy JELADO's new 41 KHAKI.
We have reproduced characteristic features such as offset belt loops and 2mm wide double-welt pockets, just like vintage models.
Normally, pocket bags use a different fabric, but like the vintage samples we used, we've used separate chino fabric.
The silhouette is also true to vintage, with a deep rise and wide thighs.
JELADO labels developed from scratch will feature the LASTRESORT tag.
This time, it's the so-called brown tag.
The brown tag also perfectly matches the 41 Khaki.
With this, we now have three LASTRESORT tags: white, black, and brown.
While our previous model was well-received, the new 41 Khaki has been further refined. If you're considering chino pants, please try them on at our store while supplies last.
Items that pair perfectly with the 41 Khaki include G-jackets and leather jackets. The silhouette is wide, so you should be able to wear them comfortably.
We'll be introducing JELADO staff coordinates in the future, so we hope you'll find them helpful.
Even with just one pair of chinos, you can expand your coordination options and enjoy them greatly, so we hope you'll consider the 41 Khaki as a centerpiece for your outfits.

And finally...
I will provide some information for those who are seeing this for the first time.
Currently, the black tag JELADO's masterpiece, "LASTRESORT DENIM", is a wild and vintage-like denim.
Using a black tag, this is JELADO's first 1ST TYPE denim jacket.
It's a reproduction in indigo with a black tag, a change from the fabric of the first 1ST model produced in ecru with a white tag.
The LASTRESORT DENIM black tag is sewn on the inside of the pocket, and it's a special 15oz denim reproduced from denim that was disassembled and analyzed from DEADSTOCK XX, created with a new approach different from the white tag.
The distinctive features of the 1st type, such as the single pocket with flap, single-sided tab, five buttons, inner cuff buttons, and back strap, are all faithfully reproduced.
When dividing the 1st type into early and late periods, the early period had a pin-buckle and the box stitching securing the pleats was misaligned with the button height. Therefore, this model similarly features different button and stitch heights, and the back strap also reproduces the early period's pin-buckle. Since the black tag was created for fabrics from before the 40s, it aligns with that era.
Compared to the 2nd Type, the collar attachment is wider apart on the left and right, and the sleeve attachment forms a T-shape when laid flat. We followed these details to the extent that it remains comfortable to wear.
Due to production specifications, sizes L and above, where fabric width is insufficient, will feature a T-back design.
