JELADO USMC Souvenir Jacket 【JP03408】
Many of you have probably seen the video released on Minamikawa Channel, which sneaked into an embroidery workshop in Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture.
So, this time, we will introduce JELADO's proud embroidery items!
JELADO Eagle Eye Indian Heads【AB03410C】
This is a stadium jacket that uses patches produced by "HANDLER Inc." based in Kiryu City, which Mr. Minamikawa visited in the video.
"HANDLER Inc." is a craftsman highly acclaimed worldwide for their embroidery items made with 100-year-old hand-crank sewing machines.
The patches this time were made based on vintage Indian head patches.
Parts of the headdress are sewn with chains, and the facial contours and eyes are depicted using hand embroidery, sewing felt pieces together.

Next, for the patches on this stadium jacket, we commissioned a yokoburi (free-hand embroidery) craftsman who has been working on military patches and the like for over 40 years.
These patches were created with a baseball motif, in line with the concept of this stadium jacket, named (EAGLE EYE) after the nickname of a major leaguer from the good old days.
After the embroidery, the ball seams and other details are drawn with chains, and the felt pieces are sewn together with chains, requiring a great deal of effort.
The buttons also feature a vintage-style baseball design.
JELADO Smoky Joe Full Custom Camel【AB83409C】
Finally, we have the "Smoky Joe" stadium jacket, luxuriously embroidered even on the back.
The back embroidery and patches were also produced by "HANDLER Inc." using a SINGER 114K103, a 1950s hand-crank sewing machine assembled in England.
The team embroidery from a 1940s skating rink was faithfully reproduced.
The front patch also features a skate motif.
The patches are also very impressive.
These stadium jackets are currently well-stocked in stores. Please come and see them in person.
