This series introduces standard items that have undergone price revisions starting in March.
This time, we will bring you the Last Resort Black Tag edition.
JELADO Age of Longing Black tag 301EXX Denim Pants【JP94301E】¥37,400 JPY
The Black Tag 301EXX has become a huge hit both domestically and internationally.
We aimed to completely reproduce the 501XX47 model, which is considered the ultimate form of 5-pocket jeans. By cutting and analyzing a vintage piece, we thoroughly reproduced everything from the thread thickness and fiber length to the number of twists.
Compared to the Last Resort white tag fabric, the black tag denim has a dark navy color with a hint of black. For this reason, it has been dyed 8 times.
In addition, we have strived to reproduce as many unique details as possible from the vintage pieces we own.
A coin pocket set lower than usual.
We have faithfully reproduced the unique features of the original piece, such as the thick belt loops similar to those from the war era, and the misaligned back yoke where the left and right sides are sewn together.
The misalignment of the back yoke is assumed to be a technique used at the time to avoid putting tension on the fabric and sewing thread as much as possible, and we have reproduced it taking that intention into account.
The ultimate denim has been completed. Currently, only sizes 30 and 31 are in stock.
The vintage piece we reproduced was labeled 32, but measured about 31, so it's a slightly smaller fit. We recommend it for those who usually wear 29 to 30 inches.

Next up is the first type of denim jacket using a black tag.
Unfortunately, all sizes are currently sold out, but please allow me to introduce it.
Compared to the 2nd Type, the collar attachment is spaced further apart on the left and right, and the sleeves form a T-shape when laid flat. For this denim jacket, we followed the original design to a wearable extent.
Although the price has increased this time, the buckle has been updated to copper.
We are constantly making minor changes.

〜USMC M44 Monkey Pants〜
【Pre-order item, expected to arrive early March】Monkey Trousers【CT11344】
Speaking of USMC M44 Monkey Pants,
they are trousers issued to the Marine Corps,
and are popular items in the vintage industry
under the nickname "Monkey Pants."
The origin of that name is this...
Large, horizontal cargo pockets with flaps.
These large pockets were adopted
to hold a "poncho,"
and the reason for the flaps was
to prevent the contents from falling out.
These pockets are called "Monkey Pants"
because they resemble a monkey's hindquarters.
The manufacturing period for M44s was
actually very short, just "1 year and 3 months,"
from July 1944 to around October 1945.
Also, because they were issued to the
"elite" U.S. Marine Corps,
the overall production volume was low, so they are
traded at quite high prices in the vintage market.
The period when the U.S. Marine Corps
actually wore them was...
・Battle of Iwo Jima (Feb. 19 - Mar. 26, 1945)
・Around the Battle of Okinawa (Mar. 26 - Sep. 7, 1945).
Also, after World War II,
・Korean War (Jun. 25, 1950 - Jul. 27, 1953)
It seems they were worn a lot during these times.
JELADO's Monkey Pants
use herringbone fabric.
Furthermore, they are dyed with vat dyes.
And the buttons are donut buttons,
which also creates a vintage feel.
By wearing them diligently, you can enjoy
the aging process.
With a half-length coat with a Native American pattern
Leather jackets... and even
They also go very well with coveralls, so
I also recommend pairing them with a chambray shirt.
