Today, we'd like to introduce a spring/summer new arrival T-shirt with a very unique print.

RUBY GRIL Tee【AB21237】

The print was designed with the idea, "What if a restaurant in LA, founded in 1957, made an official T-shirt?"

This T-shirt boldly incorporates the two-face design that was popular in the 1950s.

We got the idea from T-shirts with paper tags, often seen in 80s vintage clothing, like the one in the photo.

The body is a JELADO standard, a tubular knit body made on a sinker knitting machine in Wakayama Prefecture. Because tubular knit bodies are knitted as a whole piece, they must be knitted separately for each size, making it difficult to expand the size range or create larger sizes. However, with the cooperation of our knitters, we have successfully developed a wide range of sizes from 38 to 50 (M to XXXXXL).

The "14" in the name "14/- Crew Neck Tee" comes from the fact that it uses 14-count yarn. The larger the count number of the yarn, the finer it becomes, so 14-count yarn is relatively thick and sturdy.

Using this 14-count open-end yarn, it's knitted into a body with a dry texture and a good thickness.

Open-end yarn is created by blowing air into separated cotton fibers to realign and twist them. Also known as open-end yarn, its appeal lies in its rough, dry texture, reminiscent of American style.

Since the fibers are separated, the ends are not connected, making them open-ended. This creates a thick, dry-textured yarn.

While not heavyweight, it has a considerably sturdy fabric feel. The neck features a binder specification to resist stretching, maintaining a comfortable fit even after long hours of wear.
