Only a few more days to see our winter outerwear in store - Flagship Store
Share
Thank you for always visiting our store.
As the title suggests, the weather has been getting warmer lately, so we will soon be changing our seasonal display.
Once that happens, you won't be able to see our winter outerwear in person until the autumn/winter season again.
*Online purchases are still available.
Among them, our top recommendation is this item.
JELADO×COLIMBO N-1 Custom 【CT83418C】

This is a collaboration N-1 jacket with COLIMBO, made with LAST RESORT series [white tag] DENIM.
As proof, it has the LAST RESORT tag inside, indicating it's a double-name collaboration.

Regarding this design, we created a leather patch based on an actual original,
and the stencil on the back is designed with the image of crew members serving on the Kitsap Peninsula.

The N-1 jacket was a deck work jacket supplied to US Navy ship crews at the end of WWII.
It was changed from a short type to a slightly longer length, covering the waist, and had ribbed cuffs.
This jacket also reproduces the same specifications, and the lining is luxuriously made of alpaca from the body to the arms, making it very warm.
Since it was made to withstand work on deck, you can imagine its warmth is exceptional.

And since it's made of denim, you can, of course, enjoy its aging.
Please consider it soon.
〜USMC M44 Monkey Pants〜
【Pre-order item, scheduled to arrive early March】Monkey Trousers【CT11344】
Speaking of USMC M44 Monkey Pants,
they are pants issued to the Marine Corps, but
they are popular items in the vintage industry
under the nickname "Monkey Pants."
The origin of the name is as follows...
Large horizontal cargo pockets with flaps.
These large pockets were adopted
to hold a "poncho,"
and the reason for the flaps was
to prevent the contents from falling out.
Because these pockets resemble the buttocks of a monkey,
they are called "Monkey Pants."
The production period for the M44 was
actually very short, only "1 year and 3 months,"
from July 1944 to around October 1945.
Also, because they were issued to the "elite few"
of the US Marine Corps,
the overall production volume was low, so they are traded
at quite high prices in the vintage market.
The period during which the US Marine Corps
actually wore them was...
・Battle of Iwo Jima (Feb 19 - Mar 26, 1945)
・Around the Battle of Okinawa (Mar 26 - Sep 7, 1945).
Also, after World War II,
・Korean War (Jun 25, 1950 - Jul 27, 1953)
They seem to have been worn a lot during these times.
Jelado's Monkey Pants use
herringbone material.
Furthermore, they are dyed with vat dyes.
And the buttons are donut buttons,
which also creates a vintage feel.
By wearing them well,
you can enjoy their aging.
Native pattern half-length coats or
leather jackets... and even
coveralls match very well,
pairing them with a chambray shirt
is also recommended.
Please make your reservations at the store or online.
Thank you.
