Now, here's an update on the restocked JELADO 55Denim Jacket (55 Denim Jacket) 406XX and JELADO Champs Sweat Shirt inventory.
The biggest feature is the use of 14-ounce denim fabric that scientifically analyzes the thickness of the threads, the length of the fibers, and the number of twists, selecting American-made cotton, by deconstructing DEAD STOCK Levi's 501XX fabric from the early 1950s to reproduce the 501XX.
This denim jacket also faithfully reproduces the details of the original products.

Based on a 1940s freedom sleeve sweatshirt, it retains a vintage feel while being tailored to a modern fit.
The body is knitted in a tubular knit (no side seams) using an old-fashioned Azuma knitting machine.
The Azuma knitting machine, an old-fashioned knitting machine, produces a terry fabric characterized by a vintage feel and lightness. This knitting machine is one of the machines from the 1970s when knitting machines transitioned from loopwheel machines to innovative knitting machines, and there are very few existing machines of this type.
Because it knits slowly, the daily production volume is small, which allows for a textured surface and a fluffy feel similar to loopwheel knitting machines.
Regarding the napping process, while open-width fabric can be napped in a single step, tubular fabric requires four separate napping operations around the circumference to match the flat surface, meaning it takes four times the effort.
It is finished with pre-dye napping, where the napping is done before dyeing.
The sewing, in line with vintage practices, is almost entirely double-stitched, but the cuffs are knitted ribs, and the cuff ribs are attached in a single pass from the double-stitching of the underarm seam.
We have reproduced a piece that faithfully replicates the sewing of that era, something that is now difficult to obtain in vintage form.
This sweatshirt pairs excellently with both denim and chinos.
The soft fabric feels comfortable and also provides warmth, making it an essential sweatshirt for this winter.
It's a carefully crafted sweatshirt that I believe you'll cherish for many years.
