we sincerely apologize for the long wait.
It arrived at WEST today.
The 2 Monkeys Leather Waistcoat【TM83434】
This leather jacket
has uniquely curved sleeves,
allowing the arms to naturally fit through them.
To create the A-line silhouette of this jacket,
it features unique stitching
and European-inspired details like the hem gussets,
making it a truly special leather jacket.
The camel version is shrunken leather,
made from horsehide with a rugged texture, grain,
and natural scratches left intact.
This leather jacket will age beautifully with repeated wear,
For dark brown, if the Ebisu store has it in stock,
we can arrange for a transfer, so please consider it.
Please come and try it on in-store and consider your purchase.
~Information about Pre-order Items~
Allow me to introduce this product, which is now available for pre-order.
【Pre-order item, expected arrival in June】JELADO Rebel Jacket Horse Hide Semi Aniline Finish Black【SG71428】
The Rebel Jacket
is a long-standing classic rider's jacket
from JELADO.
To create a simple rider's jacket,
we eliminated the epaulets.
Furthermore, instead of quilting,
we used cupro to make it easy to put on and take off,
pursuing a design that emphasizes wearability.
Made from 1.6mm thick leather with a semi-aniline finish,
this jacket offers a softness that 100% pigment-finished leather doesn't have.
As it's "tea-core leather," you can enjoy its aging process with repeated wear.
There's one more product available for pre-order.
This is also a very popular product,
which sold out quickly when previously released,
with sizes disappearing in no time.
【Pre-order item, expected arrival in June】JELADO CM47 HBT Baker Pants【CT03347】
These are baker pants made from "herringbone twill" fabric,
adopted in 1947.
※ What is Herringbone?
"Herringbone" =
"herring (fish)" and "bone"
The name comes from the pattern resembling the bones
visible when a herring fish is filleted.
Baker pants were worn both on the battlefield
and during indoor work.
It is also said that they got the name "Baker Pants" because bakers wore them.
Since it's herringbone twill fabric,
it's thick and durable.
Also, because it's 100% cotton, you can enjoy its aging
with repeated wear.
Also, this item has been available for pre-order for a while,
and it was a popular item at the 2025SS preview.
【Pre-order item, expected arrival early March】Monkey Trousers【CT11344】
USMC M44 Monkey Pants are
pants issued to the Marine Corps, and are a popular item
in the vintage industry under the nickname "Monkey Pants."
The origin of the name is as follows:
They feature a large, horizontal cargo pocket with a flap.
This large pocket was designed to hold a "poncho,"
and the flap was added to prevent items from falling out.
Because this pocket resembles the buttocks of a monkey,
they are called "Monkey Pants."
The production period of the M44 was surprisingly short,
only "1 year and 3 months," from July 1944 to around October 1945.
Also, because they were issued to the "elite few" of the U.S. Marine Corps,
the overall production volume was small, making them quite expensive
in the vintage market.
The periods during which the U.S. Marine Corps actually wore them were...
・Battle of Iwo Jima (February 19 - March 26, 1945)
・Around the Battle of Okinawa (March 26 - September 7, 1945)
And after World War II,
・Korean War (June 25, 1950 - July 27, 1953)
They seem to have been worn extensively during these times.
Jelado's Monkey Pants use herringbone fabric.
Furthermore, they are dyed with vat dyes.
The buttons are donut buttons, which also creates a vintage feel.
You can enjoy the aging process by wearing them thoroughly.
They pair well with native-patterned half-length coats,
leather jackets, and even
coveralls. I also recommend
pairing them with chambray shirts.
Please pre-order online or at the store.
Thank you.
Popular items are now available for pre-order.
We look forward to your reservations.
Thank you.
