Today, I'd like to share this news first.

As we've announced on both stores' Instagram and BLOG,

this is an announcement for the JELADO 2024 Mid Summer Collection

Preview Exhibition.

 

The details will finally be revealed tomorrow, January 25th (Thursday),

on Youtube Live.

 

Since we staff members also don't know the details yet,

we will learn them at the same time as all of you.

 

The Youtube Live is scheduled for January 25th (Thursday), from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM,

so please be sure to watch it, and then

come to the preview exhibition on the weekend.

 

Regarding the dates...

The FLAGSHIP STORE will have the preview exhibition on

January 27th (Saturday) and 28th (Sunday).

 

These two, plus part-time leader Akahori,

a total of three people, will welcome you.

 

The JELADO WEST preview exhibition will be on

February 3rd (Saturday) and 4th (Sunday).

 

These two from WEST

will welcome everyone.

We look forward to seeing you all.

 

And at both stores, for the preview exhibition...

will also be there, so if you're in the neighborhood,

please do stop by JELADO.

～Native Pattern Knit～

 

Today, I'd like to introduce a coordination

using this eye-catching knit.

JELADO Newberry Knit【CB83816】

 

 

This is a double jacquard knit with a native pattern.

It's also great that it doesn't snag and is easy to put on and take off.

 

Since it's an impactful knit,

I recommend pairing it with simple pants like denim, chinos, or military pants.

 

This time, I tried pairing it with military pants.

Among French military pants, the "M47" style is known for its high price,

and is divided into early (47-50s) and late (60s) models, with Vichy based on the early M47.

 

These pants are popular for their wide silhouette.

 

Also, while wearing it alone is recommended,

using it as an inner layer with a denim jacket

will provide a nice accent color and pattern, so it's also recommended for layering.

The base fabric was developed from scratch based on a thorough analysis of vintage flannel shirts to reproduce the thick yet soft fabric from before the 1950s.

It was analyzed in a testing facility, just like Lee workwear.

・Number of threads per inch

 

This product uses sulfur dye.

Although the demand for sulfur dyeing has been low in recent years,

the "aging effect" from wearing it,

and the fluffy "fabric texture" and "feel against the skin,"

which feel as if you are wrapped in a towel, are exceptionally good and highly recommended.

 

This product receives many inquiries from customers concerned about the size, so we would appreciate it if you could consult with us in-store rather than by phone (as we may not be able to respond depending on the situation, such as during store visits).
