Introducing Last Resort Chino Cloth 『41Khaki』.

 

The old 41Khaki was discontinued in May 2023

with its final delivery.

 

To release new chino pants that would replace it,

we cut up expensive vintage 41Khaki pieces,

analyzed them, and produced the fabric from scratch.

 

Using American deep South cotton,

we reproduced the natural uneven yarn.

 

While the previous 41Khaki was dyed with reactive dyes,

this 41Khaki is dyed with vat dyes.

 

The 41Khaki, made with American cotton, shuttle looms, and vat dyes,

is finished to preserve the atmosphere and fabric feel of the era.

 

From the raw cotton, yarn, weaving, and dyeing,

it's the ultimate chino pants with attention to every detail...

The base fabric aims to replicate the thick yet soft feel of fabrics from before the 1950s. To achieve this, we thoroughly analyzed vintage flannel shirts, just like we did with Lee's workwear, and sent them to a testing facility.

After detailed analysis, we developed a new flannel from scratch.

 

This product uses

sulfur dyes.

Although there is little demand for sulfur dyeing these days,

the "aging" effect from wear and

the fluffy "fabric texture" and "feel against the skin"

are outstanding and highly recommended.

 

We receive many inquiries from customers

who are concerned about the size of this product, so it would be helpful if you could consult with us in-store rather than by phone

(as we may not be able to respond depending on the situation, such as during store visits).
