We are offering vintage-style two-tone sweatshirts in new color combinations.

This time, we have created two color variations: one with a pink base and smoke black accents, and the other with the colors reversed. This color scheme, inspired by the popular pink and black combination of the 50s, has been incorporated into a sweatshirt and is highly valued for its vintage appeal.

These are knitted using an old-style Azuma knitting machine, resulting in a seamless tubular body. The use of this knitting machine produces a material that is highly elastic, soft, and has an unprecedented plump feel. The Azuma knitting machine is used to create fleece with a vintage texture and lightness, making it a rare machine. This knitting machine emerged around the 1970s during the transition from loopwheel knitting machines to more innovative ones, and its slow knitting process means there are a limited number of them. As a result, you can enjoy a material with a textured surface and a plump feel that closely resembles the texture of fabric made on a loopwheel machine.

Regarding brushing, conventional brushing is done on a flat surface in a single process. However, in the case of circular brushing, the circular shape is adapted to a flat surface, and four sides are brushed, requiring a full rotation, which means it takes four times more effort than regular brushing. Brushing before dyeing emphasizes the unique texture.

It is extremely warm, and the accent of pink creates an indescribable color scheme.

The solid flamingo pink sweatshirt was the first to sell out.

Pink is a bold color for men, but it was so well-received that it sold out in no time.

Just like vintage pieces from that era, we commissioned skilled artisans in Kiryu who still uphold traditional embroidery techniques. Using the same rayon threads and horizontal embroidery machines from back then, we meticulously stitched this ultimate souvenir jacket. The vintage piece we based it on is a unique military Sukajan. We faithfully reproduced a custom-ordered piece belonging to an Air Force soldier. To achieve an even better reproduction of this single piece, we paid close attention to the materials. For the velour, we used a domestic material that is firm and has a subdued luster. The rayon satin lining has a lustrous warp made of filament yarn and a full weft made of spun yarn.
Made of 100% rayon, this jacket faithfully reproduces vintage Sukajan, allowing you to experience the texture of those times. And just like back then, after the quilt embroidery is done, the quilting is hand-stitched, making it an exceptionally elaborate piece. The batting used is a reproduction of the "wadding" used in vintage jumpers and furniture, made from real scrap cotton collected from various discarded fiber materials. Therefore, while we cannot provide detailed quality information, we believe that those who appreciate such items will truly feel the vintage charm and weight. We hope it will be worn by those who understand its value.

The embroidery is also very fine and elaborate.

The embroidery on the lining is incredibly cool!!
