Autumn is for overalls ~Flagship Store~
Share
Thank you for always visiting our store.
Today, we're going to talk about overalls, which will likely be a staple in the upcoming seasons. When it comes to JELADO overalls, the standard has been those that replicate wartime Lee models using Last Resort blue tag denim, but we actually have other lineups as well.
Overalls are a very useful item that, while being a bottom, can also add a subtle accent to the upper body. Please enjoy.

JELADO 391SB Overall【JP94391SB】
Among items using Last Resort blue tag denim, these are the only wartime model overalls.
What is Last Resort blue tag denim?
Last Resort blue tag denim is a 10.5 oz fabric that represents today's JELADO, perfected by disassembling a 1940s Lee coverall and analyzing the yarn thickness, density, and slub. As a result of the analysis, to recreate the faded vintage atmosphere that remains today, three types of warp yarn thicknesses are randomly woven, creating a fabric with uneven vertical fading.

Not only the fabric, but all the accessories included with deadstock Lee House Mark overalls from the wartime period have been faithfully reproduced. The black-painted iron laurel buttons are a distinctive detail of the wartime period.

Furthermore, the snap buttons that secure the bib pocket were specially made of iron just to reproduce this model.

Even the adjusters for shoulder strap length and button closure parts were specially created and reproduced.

The only difference from the original is that the flasher, which was made of paper at the time, has been changed to non-woven fabric to prevent tearing during washing. The union ticket sewn inside the pocket is sewn with a single stitch, just like the original.

Pair it with a coverall or hat made from the same fabric for a 1940s worker feel.

JELADO CM37 Denim Fatigue Hat【CT02646】
This item, made from Last Resort blue tag denim, is a reproduction of a fatigue hat that was issued from 1937 to 1941 and is now highly sought after in the vintage market.

JELADO CN-2 Waterproof Trousers【CT82116】
In addition, we also offer overpants as an overall type.
We tailored 1940s US NAVY overpants with different materials.

The fabric is back-weft, using cotton for the warp and a cotton-hemp blend for the weft.
Hemp is pest-resistant, requires no pesticides or chemical fertilizers during cultivation, and absorbs more than twice as much carbon dioxide as cotton. It also excels in water absorption, quick-drying properties, and strength.
As you can see, we currently have several variations of overalls available in stores. Please come and see them.
~Introducing Reserved Items~
【Reserved Item: Arriving October】JELADO Brutal Fleece【AB13213】
This is a popular and simple sweatshirt with ALL 2-needle stitching, often seen in 1940s sweatshirts.
These are the easiest to wear, aren't they? (laughs)
Sizes M to XL have a seamless tubular knit finish.
(*An additional S size has been decided for release,
but it will be a "split seam" rather than a tubular knit.)
This sweatshirt uses vintage sewing machines for each part of the stitching,
making it the ultimate piece with meticulous attention to detail.
It has the soft texture unique to loopwheeled fabric,
and its simple design makes it a sweatshirt that everyone will love.
Please consider reserving it in-store or online.
And this is also highly recommended!!
