Today, we would like to introduce a much-anticipated new arrival.
S407XX 1942 WPB L-181 War Model 【JP94407S】

Introducing the S407XX from the LAST RESORT Gold Tag series.
After approximately five years, we have completed the pinnacle of LAST RESORT DENIM, a wartime model featuring a gold tag.

This item was produced with the understanding that factories at the time might have manufactured a "Simplified Model" in accordance with "L-181," a regulation issued by the War Production Board (WPB) in August 1942 for material control.
We analyzed deadstock denim owned by our company and obtained material data from a national testing institution.
Based on these figures, we adjusted the twist and number of threads and reproduced the denim using the TOYODA G3 loom, the oldest existing loom.

The fabric uses 100% US cotton from the Deep South, with three types of counts (No. 6, No. 7, and No. 8) randomly arranged.
This achieves the irregular fading characteristic of vintage denim.
The weft yarn uses "Suvin Gold Supreme," a high-grade extra-long staple cotton with a length of 38mm.

For rope dyeing, we dyed the fabric with deep pure indigo, referencing deadstock, and wove it with 68 warps and 47 wefts on the TOYODA G3 loom to achieve a flexible and smooth feel.
The design is based on our company's early S506XX model, faithfully reproducing the atmosphere of wartime models.
It reproduces the engraved accessories used in regular lines, and the pockets are flapless, following the simple specifications of the 1st model.
Based on the premise that rivet stock from the 1930s was reused as is, we created custom rivets with a lowercase "o" in "JELADO Co." The buckle is also reproduced from a 1930s buckle mold and finished in iron.

Additionally, some double stitches feature rainbow stitching, recreating vintage pieces.
As it is worn, it develops a deep fading, allowing you to enjoy a unique texture not found in one-wash items.
Born from the analysis of deadstock, this is the highest quality denim jacket that can be reproduced today. Please experience this ultimate piece.
Size L is already sold out.
If you are interested, please consider it soon.
