The 41 Denim with stencil customization has finally arrived!

JELADO 41 Denim Stencil【AG94341DB】

The 41 Denim is a special item crafted from the Last Resort Blue Tag Denim, based on the specifications of the 41 Khaki, which has become a perennial JELADO favorite. This custom version of the 41 Denim features the "PW" stencil, a staple on the 41 Khaki.

Last Resort Blue Tag Denim

The Last Resort Blue Tag Denim is a 10.5oz fabric that is also representative of current JELADO, perfected by dissecting a 1940s LEE coverall and analyzing the yarn thickness, density, and slub strength. As a result of the analysis, three different thicknesses of warp yarns were randomly woven to reproduce the faded vintage look that remains today, creating a fabric with uneven vertical fading.

JELADO 311W Painter Pants【JP94311W】

This is the same fabric used for these painter pants, which reproduce the 1940s LEE house mark.

Specifically, the weft yarn of the painter pants fabric is gray, but

the 41 Denim uses an undyed weft yarn.

Therefore, the 41 Denim has a slightly brighter color.

The details follow the 41 Khaki, with all pockets featuring 2mm wide double-welt pockets, just like the vintage.

The belt loops are also offset, similar to the 41 Khaki.

The silhouette is a wide, straight cut, and combined with the 10.5oz fabric, it provides a cool feel perfect for spring and summer.

"PW" Stencil

The "PW" stencil was applied to clothing worn by prisoners of war during World War II. These items are extremely rare and highly sought after in the vintage clothing market.

This time, we applied a white paint-like stencil to match the denim color. Since each stencil is hand-applied, slight individual differences, just like genuine vintage items, create a realistic feel.

Not only the front, but also the back has stenciling. As you wear it, the letters will rub off, creating a more realistic texture.

Another difference from the 41 Khaki is the use of metal buttons.

Even the pocket bags are meticulously crafted, using JELADO's originally developed slub chambray fabric, which was created through a similar process to the Last Resort.
