This French work blouse, created in the spring of last year, is made of a slightly thinner linen material, perfect for comfortable wear until early summer.
It's inspired by a work blouse seen in an old photograph, likely taken in France during the late 19th century (1850-1900, the Victorian era in England). It's an intriguing jacket that may have influenced or been influenced by the very early development of denim jackets, a strong possibility given its connection to the denim jacket, a must-have item in American casual wear. Perhaps because of these roots, it can be effortlessly coordinated with denim or chinos, which is another charm. It features a unique silhouette with a relaxed body cinched at the collar and hem, along with distinctive design elements such as pintucks on the front.
It comes in a wide range of sizes. Size 50 is available from this time.
It's a perfect jacket for spring, so please give it a try.
The fit feels slightly loose when worn.
Please feel free to try it on at the store.

I'm sure some of you are seeing this for the first time, so I'll explain it again.
"LASTRESORT DENIM" is JELADO's finest masterpiece, a wild denim with a strong vintage feel.
This is JELADO's first 1ST TYPE denim jacket, featuring a black tag.
It is a reproduction of the 1ST model, originally made in off-white with a white tag, but this time with a black tag and indigo fabric.
The "LASTRESORT DENIM" black tag is sewn inside the pocket, and this special 15oz denim was created using a new approach different from the white tag, by deconstructing and analyzing DEADSTOCK XX denim to match its specifications, from raw cotton selection to yarn thickness and twist count, and fabric density.
The characteristics of the 1st type, such as a single-pocket with flap, single-sided tab, five buttons, internal cuff buttons, and back strap, are faithfully reproduced.
When dividing the 1st type into early and late periods, the early period featured a cinch-back buckle and a box stitch on the pleats that caused the buttons to be misaligned in height. This model reproduces the early period with the same button and stitch height misalignment and a cinch-back buckle.
Since the black tag fabric was made to mimic denim from before the 1940s, it approaches the same era.
Compared to the 2nd Type, the collar attachment is separate on the left and right, and the sleeve attachment forms a T-shape when laid flat, which has been followed to a comfortable extent.
Similar to our vintage pieces, the rolled seams are made with #20 sewing thread, and the main seams are made with #30 sewing thread.
The leather patch is made of horsehide, and it is meticulously crafted with a single-sided embroidered rayon tab, original iron buttons with plating, and original copper rivets.
Due to production specifications, sizes L and above, where fabric width is insufficient, will feature a T-back design.

~LASTRESORT BLACK TAG~
This supreme denim is created by disassembling DEAD STOCK from that era and, through a certain analytical institution, determining the exact length of cotton fiber, yarn thickness, twist count, and fabric density. We then selected raw cotton that matched these values from two DEAD STOCK samples from a similar period, spun the yarn, and wove it on a 1950s loom with the same thread count.
By creating this denim, we gained a deep understanding of the characteristics of XX denim from that time, such as the quality of the yarn and the fabric texture, as well as the differences from modern denim.
In our mission to reproduce XX denim, if there is one clear process we haven't touched upon, it's "color."
LASTRESORT Black Tag was created to reproduce the texture and color of denim woven under less developed spinning technology and inferior yarn quality compared to today, aiming for a vintage-like color.
Although the warp and weft yarns use the same raw cotton as the white tag (warp: EMOT, weft: California Pima), we made the warp yarn prone to neps to create a stronger unevenness.
It's a denim jacket that's particular about its materials.
By making the unevenness strong, vertical fading can be prolonged.
Looking at the vintage pieces we targeted, the weft yarn had a dull, somewhat conspicuous color. The original cotton color seemed more like a yellowish ecru than pure white.
To match this depth of color, we decided to spin the yarn and then dye it before weaving the fabric.
By changing the dyeing factory from the white tag, the color has become completely different.
The rope height and dyeing process vary by factory, so the color outcome also changes.
And due to these process differences, the white tag is 14OZ, and the black tag is 15OZ, resulting in different fabric weights.
Furthermore, by intentionally dyeing it 8 times to achieve a deeper color, the denim is finished with a richer, deep blue tone. This denim, with its deep color and wild, heavily uneven texture, was chosen for the "LASTRESORT DENIM Black Tag" model, seeking a more heritage feel.
While it has a wilder appearance and fabric touch, after just two days of wear, it transforms into the smooth and soft comfort of the white tag, becoming effortlessly comfortable.
We are now accepting reservations again.
The expected arrival is from this month to May.
Please take this opportunity to give it a try.
Thank you for reading to the end.
