The theme of the 2024SS COLLECTION is "SPROUT." In line with this theme, we have reproduced World War II-era overalls using 10.5 oz light-ounce denim named "LASTRESORT AOTAGU" which we put a lot of effort into developing. This denim was created by disassembling a 1940s LEE coverall, analyzing the threads, and referring to the fading of vintage items remaining today, aiming for a similar vertical fading effect. All accessories attached to deadstock House Mark overalls made during the war were also reproduced, and we focused on the design down to the labels and flashers. The normally paper flashers were made from non-woven fabric, a material that won't tear even after washing, and the union ticket sewn into the pocket is also sewn with a single stitch. The adjusters for shoulder strap length, the buttons to fasten the shoulder straps, and the waist buttons are also realistically reproduced with laurel iron buttons. The snap buttons for the bib pocket were also specially made of iron to reproduce this model. The sewing thread is divided into white and black, and by sewing the front fly, shoulder straps, and hem with black thread, it gives a more subdued, mature workwear impression than if it were all sewn with white. The size has a slightly wider silhouette to allow for comfortable workwear. As you wear it, three different thicknesses of slub yarn will emerge, allowing you to enjoy random vertical fading.

We have produced a work cap for the first time in approximately 15 years.
This design is based on a 1940s House Mark work cap and is made from AOTAGU LAST RESORT DENIM.
We used a version of the denim with unbleached weft yarn.
Gray thread is used for sewing, which gives the cap a classic finish without being too bright.
Also, the name tag is sewn in the same way as vintage items, creating a good atmosphere within the casualness.
The warp threads are woven in three different thicknesses to allow for irregular vertical fading, so you can enjoy the unevenness of the threads and a good fade as you wear it.
I think it's a work cap that can be worn stylishly.

It's a work cap reminiscent of Buddy Lee.

From COMBAT TOGS, we have released the CM37 DENIM FATIGUE HAT.
This hat is based on the denim fatigue hat issued to the U.S. Army during World War II.
Specifically, it was issued from 1937 to 1941, and is now a very highly valued item in the vintage market.
We used our LAST RESORT DENIM blue tag fabric. This time, we chose denim with unbleached weft yarn and tried to reproduce the peculiarities of vintage sewing as much as possible.
For example, key points include the raw edge of the back seam with tape sewn over it, and the way the band is sewn on.
This is a fatigue hat that is indispensable for vintage fashion. Like vintage items, the blue tag is woven with three different thicknesses of warp thread to allow for irregular fading, so you can enjoy unpredictable fading.

We differentiate the horsehide used for the upper; while using similarly tanned leather, the parts closer to the sole are finished with pigment, and the parts that wrap around the ankle are dyed with dye.

We use two types of leather with different dyeing techniques.
