The theme of the 2024SS COLLECTION is "SPROUT". In line with this theme, we have developed a 10.5 ounce light-ounce denim called "LASTRESORT Blue Tag" that we developed with great effort, and reproduced the overalls of the war period. This denim was created by dismantling a LEE coverall from the 40s, analyzing the threads, and referring to the fading of vintage items that remain today, aiming for a similar vertical fading feel. All the accessories that came with the dead stock of Housemark overalls made during the war were also reproduced, with attention to design even down to the name and flasher. The flasher that was usually made of paper was made of non-woven fabric, made of a material that will not tear even when washed, and the union ticket sewn into the pocket was also sewn in with a single stroke. The adjuster that adjusts the length of the shoulder straps, the buttons that fasten the shoulder straps, and the buttons on the waist are also realistically reproduced with laurel iron buttons. The snap buttons that fasten the bib pockets were also made of iron snap buttons just to reproduce this model. The sewing threads are also black and white, and the front extensions, shoulder straps, and hem are sewn in black, giving the impression of more subdued adult work wear than if they were all sewn in white. The silhouette is slightly thicker so that you can enjoy a slightly looser fit as workwear. As you wear them, the uneven threads of three different thicknesses will each show their faces, allowing you to enjoy the random vertical fading.

This is the first time I've made a work cap in about 15 years.
This design is based on a Housemark work cap from the 40s and is made from LAST RESORT DENIM with a blue tag.
The denim used is a natural weft version.
Grey thread is used for sewing, which gives the cap a not-too-bright look and a classic finish.
In addition, the name is sewn on in the same way as vintage items, creating a casual yet positive atmosphere.
It is woven using three types of warp threads so that you can enjoy the irregular vertical fading, and the more you use it, the more you can enjoy the unevenness of the threads and the beautiful color fading.

I think it's a stylish work cap.

This work cap is reminiscent of Buddy Lee.

COMBAT TOGS has released the CM37 DENIM FATIGUE HAT.
This hat is based on the denim fatigue hat issued by the US Army during WWII.
Specifically, they were issued by the government from 1937 to 1941 and are now highly sought-after items on the vintage market.
The fabric used is the blue tag from our LAST RESORT DENIM. This time, we chose denim with an off-white weft, and we tried to reproduce the vintage sewing patterns as much as possible.
For example, key points include the way the seams on the back are cut off and tape is sewn on top, as well as the way the obi is sewn on.
This fatigue hat is an essential part of vintage fashion. The blue tag is woven with three different warp thread thicknesses so that you can enjoy the random fading of the color, just like vintage items, resulting in irregular fading.

The horsehide used for the upper is made from the same tanned leather, but the parts near the bottom are finished with pigments and the part that wraps around the ankle is dyed with dyes.

We use leather with two different dyeing techniques.
