JELADO 41 Covert Salt&Pepper【AG71334】Price ¥27,500 (tax included)

Released in 2021SS and highly acclaimed, the 41 COVERT is made from a different material than the original 41 Khaki.
It is crafted from a sturdy twist twill fabric, woven with sulphur-dyed twisted yarn for the warp and sulphur-dyed black yarn for the weft.
Similar to the 41 Khaki, it features a deep rise and wide thighs, making it a classic-fit pant.
The basic sewing specifications are the same as the 41 Khaki, with fine stitching and reproducing the 2mm double-piped coin pocket and back pockets, which are characteristic details of the 41 Khaki.
Urea buttons are used to express the atmosphere of the time.
Furthermore, a key point is that, just like the vintage pieces owned by JELADO, separate twill fabric is used for the pocket lining instead of slake.
The bar tacks on the belt loops are also subtly shifted by the artisan's touch, striving to create a detailed vintage feel.

This time, after the product was made, it was washed to fade the color overall, recreating the fabric texture of a faded black covert that would have survived to modern times.

We have released the "491-J" as a very special item. This item pays homage to "SPROUT," the vintage shop that was my origin 20 years ago. To open this store, I saved money and went to America, gradually collecting items for the opening. Among them, I purchased a Lee's House Mark in my size, and based on the collected items, we analyzed the fabric and developed a 10.5 oz light ounce "LASTRESORT DENIM."
This special denim is crafted with details not seen in ordinary light ounce denim, and accessories to match it were also planned.
All components, such as the large swing button, the small swing buttons attached to the sleeves, and the snap buttons used on the chest pockets, were custom-made.
Just like the original items, we used different colors of sewing thread—gray and white—to express a more subdued atmosphere and vintage feel. We also reproduced the shape of the patch pockets on the front, recreating Lee's unique style of sewing the bottom of the pocket straight with some fabric remaining.
With wear, the uneven yarns, woven with three different thicknesses for the warp, reveal a random vertical fading characteristic of vintage denim.
