We have produced a work cap for the first time in approximately 15 years.
This design is based on a 1940s House Mark work cap, made with blue-tag LAST RESORT DENIM.
It uses denim with an unbleached weft yarn.
Gray thread is used for stitching, which gives the cap a classic finish without being too bright.
Also, the name tag is sewn on in the same way as vintage items, creating a good atmosphere with its casualness.
It is woven with three types of warp yarns to allow for irregular vertical fading, and you can enjoy the unevenness of the threads and a good fade as you use it.
This work cap is designed to emphasize the workwear aesthetic and pursue vintage-like details and texture.

JELADO CM37 Denim Fatigue Hat【CT02646】

Specifically, it was officially issued from 1937 to 1941 and is now a highly sought-after item in the vintage market.
For the fabric, we used our LAST RESORT DENIM with a blue tag. This time, we chose denim with unbleached weft yarns and reproduced the unique sewing characteristics of vintage items as much as possible.
For example, the points are the raw-edge seams on the back with tape sewn over them, and the way the band is sewn on.
This fatigue hat is essential for vintage fashion. The blue tag also offers irregular fading, just like vintage items, because the warp threads are woven with three different thicknesses.

Custom VAUDEVILLE
We differentiate between the horsehide used for the upper; while using leather tanned in the same way, the parts closer to the sole are finished with pigment, and the parts that wrap around the ankle are dyed with dye.
We use two types of leather with different dyeing techniques.
